AIIMS New Delhi does not publish a public answer key or a challenge window for INI SS; the latest prospectus has no such step, and results are declared directly. After the January 2027 session exam, expected on 24 October 2026, coaching institutes share recall-based keys that you can use to estimate your score.
INI SS Answer Key January 2027
This page explains the official answer key status for INI SS, how to use a recall-based key and how to calculate your score.
How to Check an INI SS January 2027 Answer Key
- Right after the exam, note down the questions you remember and the options you chose.
- Open a recall-based INI SS key for your course from a super-specialty coaching institute.
- Mark each of your answers as correct, wrong or not attempted.
- Compare two or three keys where they differ, since recall-based keys can have errors.
- Use the marking scheme below to estimate your Stage I score.
Does AIIMS release an official INI SS answer key?
No. The INI-SS prospectus has no answer key, response sheet or objection schedule. AIIMS evaluates Stage I with its own key and publishes the result on aiimsexams.ac.in.
Because there is no official key, there is no fee-based challenge process. Recall-based keys are only a guide to your likely score.
How to Calculate Your INI SS Score
- Count your correct answers and give 1 mark each.
- Count your wrong answers and subtract 1/3 mark for each.
- Give 0 for questions you did not answer.
- Add up: score = correct minus (wrong divided by 3), out of 80.
| Example | Marks |
|---|---|
| 55 correct | +55 |
| 15 wrong | -5 |
| 10 not answered | 0 |
| Estimated Stage I score | 50 out of 80 (62.5 percent) |
You need at least 40 out of 80 (50 percent) to qualify Stage I. Your rank depends on how others in the same course score.
