INI SS previous year question papers are never released by AIIMS New Delhi, so this page lists the INI SS recalls that exist: a 2022 General Surgery recall and a 2023 M.Ch. Surgical Gastroenterology recall, both free videos with no answer key. Stage I has had the same 80 questions in 90 minutes in 2022, 2023 and today, so these recalls still show the kind of paper you will face in the July 2027 session.

How to Use INI SS Previous Year Papers?
- Practise at about 67 seconds a question. Stage I gives 90 minutes for 80 questions. When you work through a recall, pause the video after each question and answer it within that time before you hear the discussion.
- Guess only after ruling out options. With −1/3 for a wrong answer, a blind guess among four options averages zero. Rule out two options and the same guess is worth about +0.33 marks.
- Aim well above 40. You need 50 percent (40 out of 80) in Stage I to qualify, and AIIMS and PGIMER seats also need 50 percent across Stage I and the 20-mark Stage II.
- Match the recall to your feeder group. The 2022 recall is General Surgery-based and the 2023 one is for M.Ch. Surgical Gastroenterology. If you are in another group, use them to get used to the 80-question format.
- Plan for the July 2027 session. The January 2027 Stage I was held on 24 October 2026. Registration for July 2027 is expected in March 2027, which leaves about four months to revise.
