The JCECE (LE) ECE Admit Card 2026 will be released by JCECEB at jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in a few days before the exam. If you have applied for the Engineering Entrance Competitive Examination Lateral Entry (JCECE (LE) ECE 2026), download your hall ticket from the candidate login portal once released. The 2026 exam is on June 28, 2026 — the admit card is expected approximately June 24, 2026 based on the 2025 pattern (admit card June 4 for June 8 exam). The admit card for JCECE (LE) ECE is the official hall ticket for the Engineering Entrance Competitive Examination Lateral Entry. Every candidate who registers successfully on the JCECEB candidate portal receives this important document. It serves two main functions: (1) it informs candidates of their exam centre, date, and session timing (morning or afternoon); and (2) candidates must carry the printed hall ticket along with a valid original photo ID proof to gain entry to the examination hall. Without a printed copy, no candidate is allowed to appear for the offline OMR test.

How to Download the Hall Ticket

  1. Visit the official website at jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in and click the admit card download link.
  2. Enter your JCECE (LE) ECE login credentials (application number / login ID and password) generated while filling the application form.
  3. Solve the captcha and click Login to enter the candidate dashboard.
  4. The hall ticket opens on screen. Verify all details — name, photograph, exam date, session, centre address, and instructions.
  5. Click the download button to save the JCECE (LE) ECE hall ticket PDF.
  6. Take at least two clear A4 printouts to carry to the exam centre.

Login issues? If you forgot your password, use the password recovery option on the JCECEB portal (typically via registered email / mobile). If your photo or details have an error, contact JCECEB at [email protected] or +91-9264473891 immediately.

Documents to Carry on Exam Day

Exam Day Do’s and Don’ts

Do’s:

  • Reach the exam centre at least 30 minutes before reporting time
  • Carry both the printed admit card and original photo ID
  • Read all instructions on the OMR answer sheet carefully before starting
  • Fill in the roll number and darken the OMR bubbles clearly and completely
  • Manage time: 150 questions in 150 minutes = 1 minute per question on average

Don’ts:

  • Do not bring mobile phones, calculators, smartwatches, or electronic devices
  • Do not carry unauthorised materials, books, or notes into the exam hall
  • Do not mark multiple bubbles for a single MCQ (treated as wrong, –0.25)
  • Do not leave the exam hall before time without informing the invigilator
