JCECE LE Answer Key 2027: Date, Objections, Score Calculation

The JCECE LE answer key 2027 will give the correct options for all four booklet sets of the paper. JCECEB posts it as a public PDF in the Download section of jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in a few days after the exam, then a final key after objections. With the exam expected in June 2027, the key is expected in June or July 2027.

How to Download the JCECE LE Answer Key 2027

1. Open jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in and click “Download”.
2. Find “Answer key of Engineering Entrance Competitive Examination (Lateral Entry) 2027”.
3. Open the PDF. It has a row of answers for each set, A to D, for questions 1 to 150.
4. Use the row for the set code printed on your question booklet.
5. Match it with the answers you marked.

No login is needed, because the key is a public PDF. The 2026 download list had no individual OMR response sheets, so note your answers on the question booklet if the rules allow it.

How do objections and the final JCECE LE answer key work?

JCECEB reviews candidates’ objections on the provisional key and then publishes a final key, which is used for the result. The method and deadline for objections are given with the provisional key, so read that notice the day it comes out.

In 2026 the final key showed how each objection was settled. One question (Set A Q27) was dropped and its marks given to all candidates, and for another question (Set A Q75) both options A and B were accepted.

How to Calculate Your JCECE LE Score from the Answer Key

Score = correct answers minus one quarter of wrong answers, out of 150. For example, 80 correct and 40 wrong gives 80 – 10 = 70. The result later shows your Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics marks separately, so you can check your estimate.

Can I get my JCECE LE answer sheet rechecked?

No. The prospectus rules out re-evaluation of answer sheets. Raising an objection on the provisional key is the only way to correct an error.
