Important Exam Day Instructions
Candidates can check below the exam day guidelines below:
- The candidate must show, on demand, the Admit Card for admission in the examination room/hall. A candidate who does not possess the Admit Card issued by the Council shall not be permitted for the examination under any circumstances.
- No Candidate will be allowed to carry any baggage inside the Examination Center. Examination Centre/ JEEC will not be responsible for any belongings stolen or lost at the premises.
- Do not carry any electronic device, calculator, textual material, log tables, eatables, etc inside the exam hall.
- No candidate, under any circumstances, will be allowed to enter the Examination Center after the commencement of the examination.
- Candidates should not leave the room/hall until the Invigilators ask to leave the room/hall.

Mode of the exam: The Papers of UPJEE (POLYTECHNIC) for all Groups ( A, E1 and E2, B, C, D, F, G, H, I, K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, K6, K7 and K8) will be conducted in ONLINE mode in selected districts.
Duration of the exam: The exam is of 02 Hours and 30 Minutes duration.
Type of Questions: Computer based with the questions and choices being provided onscreen with multiple choice answers
Language of the questions: UP Polytechnic question paper is available in both English and Hindi language.
Number of questions: There are a total of 100 number of questions of each group
Marking scheme: For a correct answer, 04 marks are given and 01 marks are deducted for an incorrect answer.

JEECUP 2021 Answer Key
After the exam is over for all the Groups at all the test centers, the Council releases the answer key for JEECUP 2021 at its official website. However, various coaching institutes releases the unofficial / memory-based JEECUP 2021 soon after the exam is over. To download JEECUP official answer key, candidates need to log in using roll number and question booklet number.
