How to Check the JEECUP 2027 Result
- Open the official JEECUP website after the result is announced.
- Click the Download Rank Card link for UPJEE (Polytechnic) 2027. Group L (post diploma in industrial safety) has a separate link.
- Sign in with your application number, password and security pin.
- Check your marks and rank on the rank card.
- Download and print the rank card. You need it for counselling.
What details are on the JEECUP 2027 rank card?
The rank card shows your identity details, your course group, your final marks and your rank in that group.
How is the JEECUP merit list made?
The council makes a separate merit list for each group, from final marks after normalisation. You must also score the minimum qualifying marks fixed by the council.
When a group is tested in several shifts, each shift has a different paper. Marks are then normalised with a formula that uses the average of the top 0.1% of candidates and the mean and spread of marks in each shift, so no shift gains from an easier paper.
What happens after the JEECUP 2027 result?
After the result, the council runs online counselling in rounds on the official website. All stages are online, including for minority institutes.
- Sign in with your login ID and password and fill as many choices of institutes and courses as you like.
- Seats are allotted by computer in rank order, based on your choices, category and the seat matrix.
- Choose freeze to keep the seat or float to try for a better choice in the next round.
- Pay the security and counselling fee online.
- Get your documents and reservation certificates verified at a district help centre, then report to the institute.
In 2026, main counselling rounds 1 to 3 ran from 25 June to late July, additional rounds 6 and 7 ran from 21 August to 10 September, and pharmacy (Group E) counselling runs from 25 September to 15 October. See the JEECUP 2027 page for the next cycle.
