NEET PG 2027 is the national entrance exam for MD, MS, PG Diploma and post-MBBS DNB admissions, conducted by NBEMS. NBEMS has not announced 2027 dates yet, so the exam date and application dates are to be announced. The 2026 exam was held on 30 August 2026.

Latest (19 October 2026): NBEMS has not released any NEET PG 2027 notice yet; all 2027 dates are to be announced. The NEET PG 2026 result was declared on 24 September 2026. MCC NEET PG 2026 All India Quota counselling Round 1 is under way: as per MCC’s tentative schedule, registration is open until 21 October 2026 (noon), choice filling until 22 October 2026 (10 AM), and the Round 1 result is due on 24 October 2026. How to Apply for NEET PG 2027

You apply for NEET PG 2027 online at natboard.edu.in once NBEMS releases the information bulletin. The 2027 application dates are to be announced. Only applications with a successful fee payment are accepted, and there is no offline mode.

Go to natboard.edu.in and open the NEET-PG page.
Read the information bulletin, especially eligibility and the image upload instructions.
Register with your mobile number and email ID. Keep both active until counselling ends.
Fill in personal, MBBS, internship, Aadhaar and correspondence address details, and choose three preferred test states.
Upload your photograph (not older than three months), signature and thumb impression as per the guidelines.
Pay the fee online through UPI, debit card or credit card and check that the payment status shows “S” (successful).
Save the submitted form. Use the edit window later only for fields that NBEMS allows.

The fee is not refunded or carried forward to a later exam. Your correspondence address and test state choices cannot be changed after submission, even in the edit window.

Who can apply for NEET PG 2027?

You can apply for NEET PG 2027 if you hold an NMC-recognised MBBS degree and finish your one-year internship by the cut-off date in the 2027 bulletin. That cut-off was 30 September 2026 for the 2026 exam.

Indian MBBS graduates: MBBS degree or provisional pass certificate recognised under the NMC Act, 2019.
Registration: permanent or provisional registration with the NMC (or erstwhile MCI) or a State Medical Council.
Internship: one-year compulsory rotating internship completed, or due to be completed, by the cut-off date.
Foreign medical graduates (Indian citizens or OCI): must have passed FMGE, be registered with the NMC or a State Medical Council, and meet the same internship cut-off.
Foreign nationals: basic medical qualification recognised by the NMC, plus Ministry of Home Affairs security clearance where required.

What is the NEET PG 2027 exam pattern?

NEET PG is a 180-question computer-based test of 3 hours 30 minutes, split into five timed sections. This is the pattern in the latest (2026) bulletin; the 2027 bulletin will confirm it. Subject-wise topics are on the NEET PG 2027 syllabus page.

NBEMS has not announced it yet. The NEET PG 2027 exam date is to be announced on natboard.edu.in.

Does NEET PG cover AIIMS, PGIMER and JIPMER seats?

No. NBEMS states that AIIMS New Delhi and other AIIMS, PGIMER Chandigarh, JIPMER Puducherry, NIMHANS Bengaluru and Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute, Trivandrum are not covered by NEET PG admissions. These institutes admit through INI-CET.

Which seats are filled through NEET PG?

NEET PG scores are used for 50% All India Quota seats, state quota seats, all private and deemed university seats, Armed Forces Medical Services institutions, and post-MBBS DNB and NBEMS Diploma courses.

Can I use my NEET PG 2026 score for 2027 admission?

No. A NEET PG result is valid only for its own admission session. For 2027-28 admission you must take NEET PG 2027.

How is a tie between equal NEET PG scores broken?

As per the latest bulletin, the candidate with fewer wrong answers in the whole paper ranks higher. If still tied, NBEMS compares wrong answers section by section (A to E), then the aggregate MBBS percentage (FMGE marks for foreign graduates).
