NEET PG has 180 single-best-answer MCQs in five timed sections of 36 questions, with 42 minutes per section and 720 maximum marks. This is the pattern in the latest (2026) bulletin; check the 2027 bulletin for any change. Once a section’s time ends you cannot return to it.
