How to Download the PGDBA Admit Card 2027
You download the admit card from your own account on the application portal once the organising institute enables it.
- Open the official PGDBA admission website and follow the admit card or application link.
- Log in with your registered email ID and the OTP sent to your mobile number and email.
- Download the admit card from your account.
- Print it clearly, with your photograph readable.
- Check your name, roll number, test centre and reporting time, and write to the PGDBA helpdesk at once if anything is wrong.
Take the official mock test when it opens. In 2026 it ran on 16 and 17 March, so you can get used to the CBT screen before the real test.

What should you carry to the PGDBA 2027 test centre?
Carry the admit card and the original photo ID you named in your application; photocopies of ID are not accepted. This list is from the 2023 general instructions, the latest the PGDBA website has published.

- Original photo ID: Aadhaar card, driving licence, voter ID, passport, PAN card or e-Aadhaar printout
- A second photo ID if the photo on the first one is unclear
- A pen or pencil for rough work on the blank sheets given at the centre
- Filled scribe forms and a disability certificate, if you asked for a scribe in your application
What are the PGDBA exam-day rules?
These rules are from the PGDBA 2023 general instructions and are likely to be similar in 2027; the 2027 admit card will give the exact timings.
- In 2023 reporting was at 8:30 AM, the gate closed at 9:45 AM and the test ran from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Late arrivals were not allowed in.
- Your photograph and biometrics are captured at registration, and the hall is under CCTV.
- You take your seat 30 minutes before the start and can read the instructions on screen 15 minutes before it.
- Phones, watches, wallets, books, notes and personal calculators are not allowed. A virtual scientific calculator is on screen.
- Only the mouse is used. Write your roll number on the rough sheets and return them before you leave.
- You cannot leave the hall during the test, but bio-breaks are allowed after the first hour.
- Candidates with a benchmark disability who asked for a scribe in the application get 1 hour of compensatory time.
