The PGDBA syllabus 2027 covers four areas: Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation and Data Visualization, and Quantitative Aptitude. Quantitative Aptitude carries half the 50 questions and goes up to calculus, coordinate geometry and probability. This is the official 2026 syllabus; the 2027 version is expected with the notice in early 2027.

What is the PGDBA 2027 syllabus?

What is the PGDBA exam pattern and marking?
The test is a 3-hour CBT with 50 multiple-choice questions for 150 marks, each with one correct answer.

A correct answer gets 3 marks, a wrong answer loses 1 mark and an unattempted question gets 0. Books, graph sheets, tables, calculators and phones are not allowed in the hall.

How should you prepare for PGDBA 2027?
- Give most of your time to Quantitative Aptitude: its 25 questions are worth 75 of the 150 marks.
- Revise Class 11 and 12 level calculus, coordinate geometry, combinatorics and probability, which are in the official list and go beyond usual MBA-test maths.
- Read daily and practise grammar and sentence correction for the 15 Verbal Ability questions.
- Practise chart- and table-based sets for Data Interpretation and Data Visualization.
- Solve the official sample papers under a 3-hour timer and skip guesses, since each wrong answer costs 1 mark.
