The PULEET result 2027 is expected in July 2027 on the Panjab University results website. In 2026 it was declared on 1 July, 17 days after the test. No result card is sent. Every candidate gets a rank, and seats are given in rank order at in-person counselling at UIET, Chandigarh.

How to Check the PULEET 2027 Result
- Go to the Panjab University results website (results.puexam.in).
- Open Entrance Results and select the PULEET 2027 link.
- Enter the details asked, such as your roll number from the Roll No. slip.
- Check your marks and rank.
- Save or print the result for counselling.
Panjab University does not issue separate result cards, so the online result is the only copy. In 2026 the press release of 1 July 2026 announced the result on results.puexam.in.
How is the PULEET merit list made?
Panjab University publishes one common merit-cum-rank list based only on PULEET marks. Every candidate gets a rank.
If two candidates have equal marks, the one with a higher percentage in the qualifying diploma ranks higher. If that is also equal, marks in the exam below it decide, and then the older candidate ranks higher.
Is there a PULEET 2027 cut off?
No. The prospectus says there are no cut-off marks in PULEET for any category, and the university does not publish closing ranks. Your chance of a seat depends on your rank and the vacant seats in each branch when your turn comes at counselling.
What happens at PULEET counselling?
Counselling is held in person at UIET, Panjab University, Sector 25, Chandigarh, and candidates are called in rank order. In 2026 there were two rounds, on 6 and 12 August, and the seat matrix was put up a day before each round.
- Download and fill in the admission and scrutiny forms from puleet.puchd.ac.in.
- Report at the venue at the time given for your rank, with original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies.
- Get your documents checked at the scrutiny desk and choose from the seats still open.
- Pay by demand draft: Rs 1,500 counselling fee (not refundable) and Rs 45,000 admission fee (2026 amounts).
- Report to your allotted institute for classes on the date notified.
You must have cleared every reappear in your diploma before counselling. If you report late, you can choose only from the seats still unfilled. New students at UIET Chandigarh also paid a Rs 5,000 student activity fee in 2026.
