The PU MET admit card 2027, also called the roll number slip, will be available online at met.puchd.ac.in, expected in April 2027 a few days before the test. Panjab University does not post it; you download it with the login ID and password from registration. You cannot sit the test in Chandigarh without it.

How to Download the PU MET 2027 Admit Card
- Go to met.puchd.ac.in.
- Click Login (If Already Registered).
- Enter the login ID and password you got at registration.
- Open the admit card and check your name, photograph, roll number and test centre.
- Download it and print a clear copy.
In 2026 roll numbers were online by 9 April for the test on 12 April. There is no physical communication, so you must download it yourself.
What details are printed on the PU MET 2027 admit card?
The admit card shows your roll number, test centre in Chandigarh, reporting and exam time and the exam instructions, so check every entry as soon as you download it.
What should you carry to the PU MET exam centre?
Carry the printed admit card and one original photo ID, or you will not be let into the hall.

- Photo ID such as a driving licence, voter card, Aadhaar card or passport
- Your own black gel pen or ballpoint pen. Borrowing inside the centre is not allowed.
What are the PU MET exam day rules?
The rules in the 2026 prospectus and on the question booklet are strict.
- Mobile phones, smart watches, calculators and any electronic gadget lead to disqualification.
- Eatables and drinks are not allowed, and smoking in or around the centre is banned.
- Do rough work only in the space given in the booklet, never on the OMR sheet.
- Do not write your name or any identifying mark on the booklet or OMR sheet.
- Hand back both the OMR sheet and the question booklet. Taking any part out of the hall leads to disqualification.
- PwD candidates get 20 minutes extra per hour.
Why should you keep the PU MET admit card after the test?
The prospectus says you must keep the admit card until the admission process is over, because it is needed again at counselling. Use your booklet series to check answers against the PU MET answer key when UIAMS posts it.
Admit cards are issued provisionally. Your eligibility is checked at every stage, so admission can be cancelled later if you are found ineligible.
