There is no separate PU MET 2027 scorecard. Panjab University sends written test scores confidentially to the UIAMS Director, who publishes a combined merit list after group discussion and personal interview, expected in June 2027 on the UIAMS noticeboard. In 2026 the provisional merit list came out on 4 June 2026.

How to Check the PU MET 2027 Result
- Go to uiams.puchd.ac.in and open the Admissions noticeboard.
- First check the GD and PI schedule notice to see if you are shortlisted.
- After GD and PI, open the Provisional Merit List PDF for your category (General, reserved or additional).
- Find your name and merit rank.
- Note the counselling date and reporting time for your rank in the counselling schedule.
In 2026 the GD and PI schedule was posted on 30 April, GD and PI began on 12 May, and the merit list with the counselling schedule came out on 4 June.
How is the PU MET merit list prepared?
The final merit list combines your written test score (85%), group discussion (7.5%) and personal interview (7.5%).
- UIAMS calls eight times the number of seats in each category for GD and PI, based on MET scores.
- Reserved and NRI category candidates are first considered in the General list, then within their own category.
- Missing the GD or the PI cancels your candidature.
- Candidates with equal marks are bracketed together and ranked as per PU norms.
- Sports, Defence and PwD candidates are shortlisted on their MET written score.
What happens at PU MET counselling?
Seats are offered in person at UIAMS, Chandigarh, strictly by merit rank for each MBA programme. In 2026 the first round was on 16 June and four more rounds followed up to 17 September.
- Report at your rank’s time slot. You can send an authorised representative only with the Director’s prior permission.
- Bring original degrees, mark sheets of class 10, 12 and graduation, migration certificate and category certificates.
- Pay the tuition fee online at counselling. In 2026 selected candidates also paid Rs 10,000 by demand draft or UPI for summer training, placement and clubs.
- Seats left vacant on the last admission day are filled by merit from candidates present at UIAMS by 2 PM.

Can you recheck your PU MET result?
Yes. Within 10 days after the final result you can get a photocopy of your OMR sheet and your GD and PI scores on paying Rs 10,000. If a mistake is found, your result is revised.
