How to fill UPCATET 2022 Application Form?
To apply for UPCATET 2022 entrance exam online, you may follow the instructions as provided below:
Register online
Step 1: Click on the direct link on this page for UPCATET registration.
Step 2: Next, the candidates have to register online by selecting the program, and enter details like their name, category, date of birth, email id, etc.
Step 3: Click on the ‘submit’ button.
Step 4: Next, review the details as provided in the registration form and enter the OTP as sent on your registered email id and mobile number.
Step 5: Click on ‘submit & continue’ button if you want to proceed to the next step or else click on ‘go back’ button if you want to edit details in the registration form.
Step 6: On submitting the OTP, the login details for UPCATET is sent on your registered mobile number.
Fill in details in Application Form
Step 6: The application form is divided into 6 tabs – General information, qualification details, upload documents, fee payment, print application and lastly check application status.
Step 7: In the general information tab, you need to provide details like father’s name, mother’s name, subcategory, choose exam center, candidate’s complete address, etc.
Step 8: In the qualification details tab, you need to provide details like status of qualifying exam, roll number, marks obtained, etc.
Upload images
Step 9: Next, the candidates need to upload the scanned images as per the specification and format.
Step 10: To upload an image, click on the ‘choose file’ button and upload the necessary image.
Step 11: Tick on the checkbox for declaration and click on ‘upload & next’ button.
Payment of application fee
Step 12: In the next screen, click on the button which says ‘click here to complete payment’.
Step 13: Read the pocess to complete the application fee, click on the relevant link for paying the application fee. Payment for application fee can be made onyl the next day of coompleting the application form.
Step 14: Enter the necessary details and pay the required amount of the application fee.
Step 15: After completing the payment of application fee, take a print out of e-receipt by clicking on “print e-receipt” option on department’s website.
Step 16: Complete your application process on next working day of paying the application fee.
Documents Required for UPCATET 2022 Form
At the time of filling in details in the application form, it is advised to the candidates to keep the following list of documents ready. This will help the student to provide only correct information in the form and will allow the candidate to complete the application process fast:
- Class 10th marksheet and certificate.
- Class 12th marksheet.
- Degree marksheet, if applicable.
- Scan copy of Sports certificate as per the format, if applicable.
- Scan copy of your passport size photo, signature, thumb impression as per the specification.
- A valid email id and mobile number.

Uttar Pradesh Combined Agriculture and Technology Entrance Test (UPCATET) is a state level entrance test.
