VITEEE 2020 Application Form Last Date Extended
VIT University extended the last date to submit VITEEE application form from 20 Feb to 22 Mar and now it has again extended it. Mode of Getting VITEEE 2020 Application Form
As stated above, VITEEE application form is available in two modes:
- Online – available in the portal.
- Offline – as OMR forms.
- Mobile application
For the first time ever, the application form of VITEEE is available as mobile application. Candidates just need to download the app and fill the application form.

VITEEE Application Fee 2020
The amount for application form has been released and is as follows:

How to prepare DD for VIT Application Form 2020 – The DD has to be prepared in the name of Vellore Institute of Technology. The candidates have to submit DD in person at the campuses.

How to Fill Online VITEEE Application Form 2020
Step 1 – Do the VITEEE 2020 Online Registration
Firstly, click on the direct link provided on this page for VITEEE 2020 application form. Next the candidates are directed to the registration page. There, the candidates will have to enter:
- Date of Birth
- Mobile Number
- Email ID
Note: Request for change in Mobile Number and Email ID will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Once the candidates are registered, they receive an email and SMS. In it, the Username and Password to login are mentioned.
Step 2 – Log in to fill up details on the online form
Next, the candidates have to login by entering the Username and Password. The login is to be accessible for various purpose. Hence, keep the credentials safe.

The candidates then need to click on “Application Form” option, it is 4th on the tabs on left-hand side. Then, the application form of VITEEE 2020 will open up. Fill the form with the details as shown in the image below:
On clicking the “save and next” button, the option to select the test city preference and course preference opens as shown in the image below. You can select only one test city preference in the form.

Step 1: Fill the OMR form correctly and paste the photo wherever needed. The candidates have to also attach the documents needed with the application form.
Step 2: Ensure that the correct Test City Code, Subject and the checklist on the envelope provided has been filled.
Step 3: Send the filled-in application form to the University by Registered Post or Speed Post.
Important instructions to fill the offline VITEEE 2020 Form:
– Your OMR application is machine-processed. Hence, use only black ball-point pen and CAPITAL letters to write and only HB2 pencil to shade the circles.
– Do not damage the OMR sheet.
– Use glue to paste the photo in the form. Do not stapple.

VIT sends the candidates alert of their application submission once the form is submitted. The alert is sent via SMS on their registered mobile numbers. Candidates can also check the VITEEE Application status after the submission of their form on the portal by using the steps below

VITEEE Application Form Correction 2020
The candidates can edit errors in the VIT application form. The university opens the correction window for a limited period of time. This is a one time opportunity. Once the deadline to make changes ends, the candidates are allowed to do any more changes. VITEEE 2020 Admit Card
The candidates who successfully apply for VITEEE 2020, can download their admit card to appear for the exam online. The VITEEE 2020 Admit Card is released in the online mode only under the candidates login. The admit card has all the details related to the exam date, time and venue of the test center. Without the admit card no candidate is allowed to enter the exam center.
On the exam day the students have to carry the printed copy of the admit card with an origibal ID proof. The admit card must be also kept safe after the exam is over. Candidates need to prodice the admit card at the time of counselling and admission.
VITEEE is an online entrance exam for admission in the 29 B.Tech and 1 B.Des courses offered by VIT. The candidates have to appear in one common entrance test for admisison in engineering UG courses any one of the 4 campuses of VIT University. Aspirants who qualify the exam are called for a centralised common counselling for all the campuses.
The exam is held for a duration of 2.5 Hours. The number of questions asked in the exam is 125 and the maximum marks is 125. There is no negative marking in the exam. The exam is held at the national level in more than 1 shift each day. The pattern of the exam is such that aspirants are judged based on 40 MCQs each from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology. Also, 5 MCQs are asked from English.
