The HP PAT answer key 2027 is expected soon after the test, which is likely in May or June 2027. HPTSB publishes keys on hptechboard.com for each question booklet series and takes objections before the result. Use it to work out your score: 4 marks per right answer, minus 1 per wrong one.

How to Check the HP PAT 2027 Answer Key

1. Go to hptechboard.com and open the PAT answer key link when it is posted.
2. Choose the key for your question booklet series. You wrote the series on your OMR sheet.
3. Match the key with the answers you marked, question by question.
4. Count your right, wrong and unanswered questions.

Keys are issued series-wise: for PAT-2019 HPTSB posted separate final keys for Series A, B, C and D on its PAT answer key page.

How do you raise objections to the HP PAT answer key?

HPTSB takes objections to the answer key within a short window before the result. The PAT-2026 prospectus set a last date for objections six days after the test, up to 5 PM. The method and any fee are given in the notice that comes with the key, so read it as soon as the key is out.

How do you calculate your HP PAT score from the answer key?

Give yourself 4 marks for each correct answer and take away 1 mark for each wrong answer. Unanswered questions and questions with more than one bubble marked get zero.

To qualify for counselling you need 15% of 600 (90 marks) as a General candidate or 10% (60 marks) in a reserved category.

Can your HP PAT OMR sheet be rechecked?

No. The prospectus says there is no re-evaluation or re-checking of answer sheets, so the objection window is your only chance to question an answer. Final marks appear in the HP PAT 2027 result gazette.
