The AP ICET Result will be declared by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education on its official website at /sche.ap.gov.in. The council has not yet announced the exact dates for the 2018’s events to begin. However, based on the previous year trends, it can be said that the result of AP ICET 2018 might be announced in 04th week of May 2018. The candidates will have to provide in the spaces their registration Id and Date of Birth. Candidates should take a print of the page so that it can be provided at the time of counselling.
A candidate who secures equal to 25% of the total or more meaning, if a candidate achieves 50 marks out of 200 marks for Open category, then he/she shall be declared qualified. While for Reserved category personnel, the council has eliminated the minimum qualifying marks compulsion.

Moreover, the result announced on login account of each candidate in or around 04th week of May 2018 will be meant for immediate purpose. The Council will issue candidates Rank Card. A rank card will reflect the performance of the candidate in each section. The result will be valid for only the specific academic year. Qualified candidates will be able to secure admission in MBA/ MCA courses in affiliated colleges of Andhra Pradesh State.

AP ICET 2018 Result announced on 04th week of May 2018 will be meant for passing immediate information, but the candidates are informed that they will be issued their rank cards. To download the Rank Card of AP ICET 2018, please follow the link which we will provide on this page. The link will take you directly to the page. Here you will be required to provide details like- ICET Hall ticket Number, Registration Number and Date of Birth. The rank card will reflect performance of the candidate in each section and your status as Qualified or Not-Qualified.
Preparation of Merit List and Assigning of Rank in AP ICET 2018
The candidates who will succeed in securing 25% qualifying marks in APICET 2018 i.e [ 50 out of 200 ] will be declared AP ICET 2018 qualified. However, for candidates belonging to the SC and ST category, there will be NO Minimum qualifying marks. Ranks will be allotted to those who qualify this test based on the minimum qualifying marks criteria. Candidates will be assigned rank in order of their merit. Candidates getting higher score will be place on higher rank and vice a versa.
APICET 2018 Merit List Tie Breaker
While preparation of merit list, in case 1 or more student score the same marks at APICET 2018, and two contenders compete at the same rank, in such case inter-se merit shall be used to resolve the tie. The tie will be resolved as follows:
- By considering the marks scored in Section-A
- If the tie persists, marks obtained by a student in Section-B will be taken into consideration
- If the tie still persists, the tie will be resolved by taking into account age of the candidate giving the older candidate priority
Merit rank obtained in APICET-2018 is valid for admission in the academic year 2017-18 in the colleges located in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
All disputes arising out of any matter concerning APICET-2018 shall be subject to the jurisdiction of High Court of TS & AP only. In such disputes, only the Convener, APICET- 2018 and the Secretary, APSCHE can be impleaded as respondent.
