Jawaharlal Nehru University has conducted the JNUEE 2018 from December 27 to 30, 2017. The University is going to announce the JNUEE 2018 Result on February 21, 2018. The result will be available for check online at the official website of JNU University, jnu.ac.in. JNUEE 2018 Result

The result for JNUEE 2018 is expected to release today. Post result declaration certain students who have opted for particular courses shall be called for the next process of admission i.e Viva-Voce. It is possible that the candidate will be alerted of the result announcements through the medium of email as per last year. Selection shall be based on the basis of the written test.

Merit List Preparation

Selected candidates who have undergone two of the process stated above, separate merit lists will be prepared according to the courses. There will be two merit lists:- one for the candidate who has appeared for the viva-voice and one for those courses for which the viva voice is not prescribed. The same shall be published on the official site at admissions.jnu.ac.in along with the merit list of the candidates who have not undergone viva voice and the merit is for the candidate who has undergone the interview.

Reservation Details

The following percentage of seats shall be reserved for the reserved categories:

  • SC – 15%
  • ST – 7.5%
  • PWD (Person with Disability) – 3%
  • OBC candidates (non creamy layer) – 27% seats.

Application Procedure for JNUEE 2018

Make sure that you have furnished all the details in correct order such as:- personal information including (Name, Date of birth, Address, Contact No., Email-id and Discipline/programme of study. You will now choose a password of your choice.

Take recently taken pictures and scan photograph and signature in these specifications

After filling up the form, a Confirmation Page might be generated along with a Unique Application Number. Then you shall proceed to pay the fees. The required sum as per last year was paid through online mode, using any bank Debit/Credit card.

JNUEE 2018 Admit Card

Candidates shall be able to download their admit card before the exam by logging into their JNU account that shall require details like Registration Number and Date of Birth. The exam conducting body’s official site is admissions.jnu.ac.in. The JNU Entrance Exam 2018 Admit Card may be issued before one week of the entrance exam in some cases. The candidates must carry the admit card to the exam centre along with a xerox of their recent passport size photograph.

Note: JNU Entrance Examination Centres at Srinagar and Shillong stand cancelled. Accordingly, all candidates who have opted for Srinagar Centre are allotted Jammu Centre and those who have opted for Shillong Centre are allotted Guwahati exam centre and appear in the entrance examination on the scheduled date and time.
