KIMS University Nursing Admission 2017

Candidates can fill and download their application from the official website. Admit card will be issued to those candidates who fill their application on before the last date. Entrance Exam will be held in the month of June 2017.

  • M.Sc. Nsg, PBBSc Nsg, MPTH – 2.00pm-3.30 pm
  • B.Sc. Nsg, BPTh – 2.00pm to 5.00 pm

Candidates seeking admission in various UG and PG courses at KIMS University have to fill the download application form on or before the last date of application. Candidates must ensure their eligibility and other details before filling the downloaded application. Candidates can also download the various application from the direct link provided below.

Application Form is Rs. 500/-

Duly filled application should be submitted at the University Office. All DD should be drawn, in favor of “Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences University” payable at Karad.

Eligibility Criteria

For B. P. Th. & B. Sc. Nursing

  • Candidate must be 17 years on or before 31/12/2017
  • Candidate must have passed Std XII (HSC or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English
    individually with minimum 45% marks in PCB.
  • 5 % relaxation of marks for SC/ST candidates.

Fro M. P. Th. Program

  • Candidate must have passed B. P. Th. examination (Recognized by IAP/OT.PT, council of Maharashtra)

For M.Sc. Nursing Program

  • B Sc Nursing / Post Basic B Sc Nursing with minimum of 55% aggregate marks.
  • Minimum one-year work experience after B Sc Nursing and minimum one year experience prior or after Post Basic B Sc Nursing.
  • 5 % relaxation of marks for SC/ST candidates.
  • The candidate should be a Registered Nurse and Registered midwife or equivalent with any State Nursing registration Council

For P. B. B. Sc. Nursing

  • Candidate must have passed Higher Secondary or Senior Secondary or Intermediate or 10+2 or an equivalent examination recognized by the university for this purpose.
  • Candidate must have passed RGNM.

Instruction to Candidates

  • Candidates shall be present at the centre 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination.
  • No. candidate without an admit card shall be allowed to sit the test hall by the Centre Superintendent.
  • Candidate must preserve the admit Card till the Process of admission.
  • No candidate shall be allowed to leave the Test Hall before the conclusion of the test and without handing over the answer sheet and test Booklet to the invigilator concerned.
  • The candidate shall not remove any page(s) from the Test Booklet and if any page (s) is/ are found missing from his / her Test Booklet, he / she will be proceeded against and shall be libel for criminal action.
  • Candidate should bring good quality black/ blue ball point pen for the examination.
  • Use of calculator, calculating devices like cellular (mobile) phone / pager, etc. are no allowed in the test hall.
