How to apply?
Step 1: Go to the official website, tmi.tolani.edu
Step 2: After visiting the website, enter the details in the application form.
Step 3: Enter the details such as personal details like candidate’s name, gender, date of birth etc,
Step 4: Then, enter the address and educational details.
Step 5: Upload the documents like the photograph and signature of the candidate, 10th and 12th class marksheet etc with the application form.

TMISAT 2020 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who wish to apply for TMISAT 2020 must ensure that they fulfill the following eligibility criteria for admission in B.Tech. Marine Engineering degree and B.Sc Nautical Science programmes at Tolani Maritime Institute:
Age Limit – Minimum age of the candidate to apply for TMISAT 2020 should be 17 years.
- For Male Candidates – Candidate should be born on or after September 01, 1999.
- For Female Candidates – Candidate should be born on or after September 01, 1997.
- Candidate should have passed Class (10+2) or its equivalent.
- Should have passed Class 10+2 or its equivalent in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and should have obtained at least 60% marks.
- The candidates should have obtained at least 50% marks in English either in Class X or Class XII.

TMISAT 2020 Result
Result for TMISAT 2020 releases immediately after completing the aptitude test. Candidates can check how much they have scored in the aptitude test. The candidates who qualify the aptitude test are required to then appear for the interview conducted on the same day of the aptitude test. The final selection of the candidates is based on marks obtained in Class 10+2, rank in IMU-CET and result of aptitude test, personal interview and medical tests.
TMISAT 2020 Selection Criteria
It is compulsory for candidates to appear in IMUCET and TMISAT to get admission at TMI. TMI has its own selection process. The selection process is divided into 3 phases .

- Medical examination
Stage 1 – TMISAT 2020 Online Test
The registered candidates have to appear first in the online test. This test is conducted for the duration of 2 hours. There are total 80 questions in the test. It consists of multiple choice questions from the subjects physics, mathematics, logical reasoning and analytical reasoning.
Stage 2 – Personal Interview
The candidates who qualify the test are then required to appear for the personal interview. It is conducted by panel of educators and maritime professionals. It is basically conducted to test the communication abilities of the candidates, clarity of thought, leadership potential.
Stage 3 – Medical Examination
The candidates selected in the personal interview are then, examined by the medical practitioners appointed by the Institute for certifying confirmation with the medical requirements laid down by the Institute.
