JAM 2020 Result
The result of JAM 2020 has only been announced online, on jam.iitk.ac.in. Candidates can check it from JAM Online Application Processing System (JOAPS). The result of JAM contains following details:
- Name.
- Registration number.
- Test paper.
- Number of candidates applied.
- Marks secured in the exam.
- JAM AIR (All India Rank).
- Qualifying marks.

The rank of JAM is determined separately for all 6 subject papers. Only those candidates get a rank, who score more than the cut off marks. If the rank of 2 or more candidates clashes, then IITs uses a tie-breaking mechanism. It is as follows:
- Candidates with a higher ratio of positive marks get a higher rank.
- If the criteria above don’t work then the same rank is assigned to the candidates.
