KCET 2020 Counselling – The option entry for Round 1 has been extended to November 26, 2020. The seat allotment for KCET counselling 2020 will be out on November 26, 2020. Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA), Karnataka, conducts counselling online at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. Qualified candidates have to report to the district helpline centres after the declaration of Karnataka Common Entrance Test Results 2020. KCET 2020 Counselling
Candidates are given admission into the various undergraduate courses like B.E / B.Arch and B.pharma etc on the basis of their score in KCET 2020 examination. KCET 2020 Entry of Options
All the eligible and verified candidates who have registered themselves at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in with the help of secret key now have to exercise their options. They have to choose college wise, discipline wise, category wise and coursewise. However, all the options have to be selected on the basis of priority of the candidate. Candidates should note that they can choose as many options as per their choice for KCET 2020 Admission.
KCET 2020 Counselling Registration
First of all, candidates need to report to the district helpline centres for registration and an interactive session about the entire KCET 2020 counselling session. Then, verification of documents is done for candidates who have selected NCC, PWD quota. This is conducted for medical board including executive director and 3 specialists. Also, the verification of documents is done for all disciplines at once. Here are some important points to keep in mind regarding the same.
- All documents should be in their original format. They should carry attested copies and some passport size photos also.
- Candidates have to report their in person.
- If carrying provisional mark sheet, make sure that there is signature of principal on it.
A receipt, acknowledgement card and verification slip is issued to the candidates after verification.

All the candidates who have passed the document verification are issued a secret key. They need to use the same to register and create a password as per their choice for login at online option entry portal. It is the duty of the candidate to keep their KCET 2020 secret key very very confidential.
KCET 2020 Mock Allotment
The official authority holds a mock round for candidates on the official website itself. This is done for the advantage and practice of the candidates before the actual KCET 2020 seat allotment round. However, this is only indicative in nature and is not real. KCET 2020 Process of Allotment of Seats
KEA holds the Process of Allotment of Seats in 3 rounds, having 3 phases each. Candidates should note that this KCET 2020 seat allotment is done on the basis of seat matrix as issued by the government.

KCET 2020 Round 2 Seat Allotment
If the seats are left vacant after the Round 1, the seat allotment is done in the second round. Candidates should note the priority of the options selected will remain the same for this round also.
KCET 2020 Round 3 Seat Allotment
This is last round of seat allotment. All the reserved category seats are GNM seats. These are offered to candidates from the 1st rank to the last one based on their priority of choice and merit.
KCET 2020 Fee Payment
If the candidate is satisfied with the seat allotted to them, then they need to proceed towards the fee payment option. They need to download the fee challan from the KEA official website. This challan usually comprises of crucial details like Name, CET No, College / course details and fees to be paid etc. Thereafter, candidates need to pay the fee at the nearest branch of bank, they are issued an admission order after 1 hour of payment.
Candidates then have to report to their allotted college with their original documents as well admission order.

About KCET 2020
The Karnataka Common Entrance Test is conducted in pen and paper mode by KEA. There are 2 types of paper and candidates can appear for either of them or both of them. The questions in the KCET 2020 exam are of MCQ types only. Each question is of 1 marks and the exam has no negative marking. The admissions are provided in courses like B.sc. (Agriculture), B.sc.
