How to Check the KCET 2027 Cut Off
- Go to cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea and open the UGCET 2027 section after Round 1 seat allotment.
- Open the cut-off ranks PDF for your course stream (engineering, farm science, pharmacy and so on).
- Pick the file for your seat type: general, Hyderabad-Karnataka (HK) or special category.
- Find your college by its code and name, then the course row.
- Read the closing rank in your category column and compare it with your rank.

What affects the KCET 2027 cut off?
- Rounds: Round 1 closing ranks are usually the tightest, and later rounds can open up seats as candidates upgrade or leave.
- Seat intake: new seats or new courses at a college can lower demand for others.
- Branch demand: computer science and related branches close far earlier than core branches.
- Your 2nd PUC marks: they count for half of an engineering rank, so they shift ranks more than KCET marks alone.
- Category and seat type: HK (Hyderabad-Karnataka) and special category seats have separate lists.
