NEET 2019 Analysis – NEET 2019 Paper Analysis is available after the conduction of exam. The NEET 2019 Exam is exactly on 05 May at 5:00 PM. The paper conducted in 154 cities spread across the country. The NEET 2019 exam had three sections having 90 questions from biology and 45 each from biology & chemistry. Marks and Question Distribution in NEET 2019

In the NEET examination, there are overall 180 questions. The weight-age of each question is 4 marks. The topics of Class 11 and 12 covers the NEET 2019 Syllabus. So, the distribution of question in all the three sections are as follows:

This year, the biology section is easy. Candidates with decent preparation could easily able to attempt this section. The question types were “match the following”, “true/false” type questions, etc. Overall, 64% of questions categorized under difficult. 24% and 11% as medium and easy difficulty level.

NEET 2019 Analysis Chemistry

The Chemistry part in NEET 2019 was also doable this year. The paper was equally divided into organic (33%), inorganic (31%), and physical portions of chemistry (36%). As compared to Biology, only 53% of questions were considered difficult. The ratio of easy and medium difficulty level questions was 7% and 40%. The distribution of the question is as follows.

NEET 2019 Analysis Physics

The physics paper was easier than last year. Overall, this section was moderate. So, candidates, who have attempted the exam with the proper strategy could able to maximize the total number of attempts. There was a lengthy calculation based question. Topics were from class 12th and 11th only. Overall, only 2% of questions considered difficult, 42% of medium difficulty and rest are weighted easy.

NEET 2019 Analysis Resonance

After the examination, the coaching institutes releases the NEET 2019 paper analysis. One of the most respected institutes is Resonance. It issues the detailed analysis on its official website. The analysis releases in the PDF format mentioning the question distribution and difficulty level. The analysis is easy to interpret with lots of pictorial representation.

NEET 2019 Question Paper

Since NEET is a pen and paper-based exam, candidates do get the questions paper. Well, the paper actually comes in 11 subjects and moreover in different sets. The number of sets varies each year. So, once the exam is over, we will publish the hard copy of each set of NEET 2019.

NEET 2019 Answer Key

Immediately after the exam, various unofficial sources releases the NEET 2019 Answer Key. Candidates can easily calculate their raw scores using these keys. The answer keys of various websites can be compared to check if the answers are correct. However, candidates must wait for official NEET 2019 Answer Key. NTA issues on its official website a few days after the conduction of exam.

Candidates can access it using the login credentials at ntaneet.nic.in. Along with it, there are high chances that the response sheet will also be available. With the help of these sources, candidates could able to expect the scores before the official announcement of result. In case there are any doubts regarding the NEET Answer Key, candidates will able to raise the objections by paying the appropriate fee. After the consideration of all the challenges, the final answer key shall also release on the official website.

NEET 2019 Result

NTA is releasing the NEET 2019 Result on 05 June. However, it is expected that it will release 4-5 days earlier. Candidates will able to download it using the application number and password/ date of birth. The result consists of total marks, percentile score obtained by the candidate, All India Quota rank, cut off percentile and score. The scores of the exam will be valid for three years. Using the candidate’s rank and score, you will able to take admission to MBBS or BDS courses. In India, there are approximately 90,000 seats for medical admission.

After the announcement of NEET 2019 Result counseling for seat allocation will take place. The first list will be prepared for 15% of All India Quota. The list of candidates who have applied for this quota will be sent to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, Directorate General of Health Services (Medical Examination Cell). The second list will be sent to the AIR to the DGHS, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt of India.

NEET Last Year Analysis

Last year, the NEET exam was conducted on 06 May. More than 1.3 million candidates appeared for the exam. The exam scheduled in 2000 centres spread across 150 cities of India. It was the last time that the CBSE conducted the NEET examination. The sets previous year were coded as AA, BB, CC, DD and so on.

The physics section was most difficult as per the students’ review. Though the section was difficult, still only a few questions were lengthy. There were a total of 21 questions of the topic from class 11 and rest from class 12. The maximum questions were from Mechanic and least from SHM ad Waves ie 3. Thermal Physics and optics had 5 questions each. From the class 12 topics, Electrodynamics and Modern Electronics had 11 and 7 questions respectively.

As per previous year analysis, the Chemistry section was overall easy. The paper was equally divided into physical chemistry (15), organic chemistry (15), and inorganic chemistry (15). There were 47% and 53% of questions from class 11 and class 12 respectively. The maximum questions were from P Block (5) followed by Aromatic Compounds (4). There were questions from various topics. Also, the paper consisted of 15 one mark question and 9 questions of 2 marks.

NEET biology Analysis

The Biology section was easiest among all the sections. Though there were some questions which deviated from the NEET / CBSE syllabus. The topics from class 11 were maximum making a percentage of 52%. The Botany paper has 54 questions, whereas zoology sections had 46 questions. The maximum questions were from Human Physiology ie 15. It was followed by Ecology and Genetics with 12 and 11 questions respectively.

About NEET 2019

From the year 2019, National Testing Agency (NTA) holds the responsibility to conduct the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET). It is a national level examination for admission to MBBS and BDS courses. Admission through this exam is open for 80k-90k seats all over India. Except for AIIMS and JIPMER, all the institutes are covered under NEET. This year, 15.19 lakh students The exam takes place in pen and paper-based mode of a total of 720 marks.

The application form for NEET releases in the month of November-December. Indian National / Overseas Citizen of India (OCIs) / Non-Resident (NRIs)  / Persons with Indian Origin (PIOs) & Foreign Nationals are eligible to apply for the exam. Along with that, candidates must have passed class 12th or its equivalent examination. Also, applicants must have atleast 50% marks and passed Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English.
