The NEET UG 2027 admit card will be released by NTA at neet.nta.nic.in, usually about a week before the exam. It is not out yet. In 2026 the admit card came on 26 April for the 3 May exam, so the 2027 admit card is expected in April 2027. You log in with your application number to download it.

How to Download the NEET UG 2027 Admit Card
- Go to neet.nta.nic.in.
- Open the NEET (UG) 2027 admit card link once NTA activates it.
- Enter your application number and password (or date of birth), and the security code shown.
- Download the admit card and check every detail: name, photo, centre, date and timing.
- Print it on A4 paper, including the pages with instructions and the proforma.
- Paste a passport-size photo on the admit card and a postcard-size photo on the proforma, as instructed.
What is the NEET UG city intimation slip?
The city intimation slip tells you the city of your exam centre in advance, so you can plan travel. It is not the admit card and does not give the centre address. In 2026 NTA released it on 12 April for the 3 May exam and on 7 June for the 21 June re-exam.
What details are printed on the NEET UG 2027 admit card?
The admit card carries your identity, roll number and the exact centre where you must appear.
- Name, photograph and signature
- Roll number and application number
- Exam centre name and address
- Exam date, reporting time and the time the gate closes
- Exam day instructions and the self-declaration proforma
What documents should you carry to the NEET UG 2027 exam?
Carry only the documents listed in the bulletin. Without the printed admit card you will not be allowed in.
- Printed admit card with a passport-size photo pasted on it
- One extra passport-size photo for the attendance sheet
- One original, valid photo ID: PAN card, driving licence, voter ID, passport, Aadhaar, DigiLocker or APAAR ID
- Postcard-size (4 x 6 inch) colour photo with a white background, pasted on the proforma
- PwBD certificate, if you are claiming relaxation or a scribe
What are the NEET UG exam day rules?
The rules below are from the latest (2026) bulletin and NTA advisories. The 2027 admit card will confirm the timings, which may change if the exam moves to computer mode.
- The centre opens 3 hours before the exam, and no one is let in after 1:30 PM for a 2:00 PM exam.
- Everyone is frisked with metal detectors and may go through biometric and face checks.
- Not allowed: mobile phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, earphones, calculators, stationery, wallets, belts, caps, jewellery and other metal items.
- In the 2026 re-exam NTA allowed a transparent water bottle and the admit card in a transparent pouch.
- Wear light clothes and slippers or low-heeled footwear. If you wear customary or religious items, report early (by 12:30 PM in 2026) for frisking.
