NEET 2020 Admit Card
The important thing for the candidates to note is that with the NEET 2020 admit card, candidates have to download the proforma. Carrying the proforma is as important as the hall ticket. The date for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test 2020 and hall ticket are as follows:

How to Download NEET 2020 Admit Card?
NEET admit card can be downloaded using the 5 simple steps below:
Elaboration of the steps:
Step 1 – Go to ntaneet.nic.in or simply access the link that shall be available on this page.
Step 2 – Candidates who opt to visit the official website, click on the second link for “Candidate Login“. On the other hand, candidates who click on the link provided on this page are directly redirected to NEET admit card 2020 login.
Step 3 – The login to download NEET admit card looks as shown below. You can open it by entering:-
- Application number
Step 4 – After entering all the details correctly, click on the red “Login” button.
Step 5 – Next, the candidates need to click on the blue button for “download admit card”. Following this, the NEET admit card appears on the screen.
What To Do After Downloading NEET 2020 Admit Card?
Once the NEET admit card is downloaded, here are the points that must be followed:
- The first thing that candidates should do after download the hall ticket, is to save it on the system.
- Next, take 2 – 3 prints of NEET admit card and keep it safe. One printed copy is needed to be carried at the exam centre.
Tip 1: Keep the NEET admit card without folding inside a clear file so that it is not mutilated or damaged.
Tip 2: The admit card career at the exam center is needed at the time of admission and document verification after NEET 2020 result is out. Thus keep the admit card safe even after the exam is over.
What To Do If NEET 2020 Admit Card is Not Issued?
NEET admit card is issued to all the registered candidates of NEET. If in any rare situation, the admit card is not issued under the login of the candidates, they have to contact NTA. The contact details are as follows:

- Contact it between 10.00 am to 5.00 pm, before April 10, 2020.
Before contacting NTA, note that NEET admit card might not be issued to you if:
- More than one application form is submitted
- Application fee or form is not submitted in asked format.

What To Do If There Are Errors in NTA NEET 2020 Admit Card?
In case there are errors in NEET admit card, the discrepancy must be brought into the notice of NTA. To do so, contact NTA in following details:

Note: After reporting the errors, note that no new admit card is issued. Carry the same admit ad to the NEET exam center. NTA shall make changes in the records later.
What to Carry with NEET 2020 Admit Card
In the day of NEET 2020 exam, candidates can carry:
Make sure to prepare the NEET exam day kit a day before the exam. The essential items without which entry at the exam centre is not allowed must be in the kit. The checklist includes:
- NEET admit card
- 1 passport size photograph
- 1 valid id proof.
- PwD certificate, if applicable
- Letter of undertaking for scribe, if applicable.
How to Carry NEET 2020 Admit Card and Other Documents?
On the day of the exam, candidates have to carry NEET admit card with certain documents. Now, these documents must be prepared as per the instructions below before carrying them at the center:
1. NEET 2020 admit card
- Candidates need to carry it as print copy
- Paste a passport size photo in the given space.
- It is also to be carried as print copy.
- Candidates have to paste a postcard size photo on it.
- The size of the photo should be 4”X6” with black and white background.
3. Passport size photo
- This photo is needed for affixing on the attendance sheet.
- Candidates should ensure that this photo and the photo on the admit card are the same as that uploaded in the application form of NEET 2020.
4. Valid Id proof
- The id proof should have photo of the candidates. It can be any of the following:
- PAN card.
- Driving license.
- Voter ID.
- Aadhaar card.
- Ration Card.
- Class XII roll number issued by the board.
- Any other valid ID card issued by Govt of India.
- Make sure the OD card is original and no expired.
5. PwD certificate
- It is only to be carried by those candidates who applied under PwD category.
6. Letter of undertaking for Scribe
- Candidates who applied for scribe need to carry letter of undertaking as well with NEET admit card.

What To Not Carry With NEET 2020 Admit Card?
On the day of the exam candidates are not allowed to carry any of the below given items with them:
- Textual material (printed or written)
- Bits of papers
- Geometry / Pencil Box,
- Plastic Pouch
- Writing Pad
- Pen Drives
- Log Table
- Electronic Pen
- Mobile Phone
- Any food item
- Water bottle
Exceptions for the students suffering from diabetes: If a candidate is diabetic, they can carry the below items:
1. Sugar tablets
2. Fruits (like banana / apple / orange)
3. Transparent water bottle
Packed foods like chocolate / candy / sandwich etc. shall not be allowed.

Retrieve Application Number and Password To Download NEET 2020 Admit Card
Without the application number and password, candidates cannot download the NEET admit card. So, if you have forgotten any of these, or both, worry not. Just follow the steps below and recover it.
Step 1 – Access the direct link for login available on this page.
Step 2 – At the bottom of the candidate login, option for “forgot password?” and “forgot application number?” is given. Click on the respective link.
Step 3 – Aspirants of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test 2020 who click on “forgot password?” get option for:
- Reset your password through OTP.
- Reset your password through security question.
Next, the candidates need to enter details like application number, name, date of birth, security question, security pin, etc. Following it, candidates get the option to reset the password.
On the other hand, candidates who opt for “forgot application number?” option, have to enter – name, mother’s name, father’s name, date of birth, category, and security pin. After entering the details, application number is send to the candidates.
NEET 2020 Reporting Time and Bell Time Schedule
The reporting time is mentioned on the NEET 2020 admit card. However, NTA has also informed it in the information brochure. It is as given below:

NEET 2020 Dress Code
On the day of the exam candidates have to follow NEET dress code as instructed by NTA. The instruction state the following:
Candidates can wear:
✔ Wear light color clothes with short sleeves.
✔ Wear slippers, sandals, low heels.

NEET 2020 Exam Day Instructions
Candidates have to follow exam day instructions for NEET 2020. Some of the most important instructions are as follows:
- Reach the exam hall on time.
- In the exam hall, candidates should only sit on that sit in which their roll number is mentioned.
- Any candidate carrying barred items is not allowed inside the exam hall.
- Candidates must keep NEET admit card with them and must shown it on demand, during the exam.
- Before starting the exam do check that all the sheets are available in the question paper.
- Inside the exam hall, candidates cannot eat or smoke.
- Candidates cannot leave exam hall until the exam is over.
- A signal is given to begin the test, at half time, and towards the end of the exam.
- Aspirants need to sign twice on the attendance sheet. Once during the beginning of the exam and the while handing over the OMR sheet.
- NEET admit card must be kept safe even after the exam is over.

NEET 2020 Exam Pattern
Now that we know all about NEET 2020 admit card, let us have a look at the exam pattern for the examination. The pattern of NEET 2020 is as follows:
Mode of the exam: NEET is only held in offline mode and candidates have to mark answers in an OMR sheet.
Duration: Candidates get 3 hours to attempt the exam.
Extra time to write NEET 2020 exam
20 minutes per hour compensatory time for duration of NEET is allowed to the candidates who are availing the facility of scribe / reader / lab assistant.
Languages: Question paper for NEET 2020 is provided in 11 language, which are English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Marathi, Odia, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu.
Questions: In the exam, question are asked from physics, chemistry, and biology. In total 180 question are asked in the exam and there are of multiple choice type.
Marking scheme: Each question in the exam is of 4 marks and for each incorrect answer 1 marks is deducted.
