I think you can change details until the last date of the application form and before the final submit. However, if you have submitted it completely and cannot change the detail now then you will have to wait for the official correction window. Then you might be able to.

Hey Pavan,
NTA has mentioned in NEET-UG 2020 information brochure, you will be able to edit all the details in the form including examination centre city and medium of the question paper. Hence, when the form correction window opens you can edit the incorrect information. I hope this was helpful.
I have mentioned OBC in the form but actually i belong to UR…………fees for obc category is 1400 and that for ur is 1500 so will they keep extra fine on that ???
