Steps to Apply Online

  • Fill the Online Application Form and note down the Registration Number.
  • Upload photo and signature.
  • Make Payment of Fee by prescribed modes.
  • Print Confirmation Page after Successful remittance of fee.

NEET 2017 Application Form Photograph Specifications

  • Candidates need to upload recent passport size photograph in the NEET 2017 form.
  • Visit nearby photo studio and ask the photographer to shoot a passport size photograph in white background. Wear normal clothes without accessories for this photograph and make sure that face is showing clearly in it.
  • Standard dimension of a passport size photograph for AIPMT/NEET application form is 3.5 cms (width) x 4.5 cms (height). This time the dimension of photograph is not mentioned in information brochure.
  • Scan it using a scanner. For a good quality image scan we suggest 200 dpi.
  • Save image as jpg/jpeg with a size between 10kb-100kb.

White background. Name of the candidate. Date of taking the photograph which should be after 01.01.2017. No caps or goggles. Spectacles are allowed if you wear it regularly.

NEET 2017 Application Form Signature Specifications

  • Mark a rectangle box with longer width than height on a white sheet of paper. Ordinarily the signature is supposed to be within 3.5 cms (width) x 1.5 cms (height). Sign within this box in running handwriting. The dimensions for signature are not specified this time for NEET. You may use the standard dimensions.
  • Now scan the sheet at 200dpi or higher and crop scanned image along the box.
  • Save image in jpeg/jpg format keeping size between 3kb-20kb.

Candidates who belong to AP / Telangana / JnK and wish to appear in NEET 2017 for 15% All India Quota seats can fill Self Declaration Form. This is given in the information bulletin.

Online Transaction Password

Please note that the Online Transaction Password is valid for only 15 minutes. After that the code deactivates and you can then use resend OTP to use new one.

Qualifying Exam Code

There are seven QE codes. You can see the details in NEET 2017 Information Bulletin (please read that section carefully). In the event that candidates are those who are going to appear in board exams in 2017 then QE code is 01.

Question – Why should I fill NEET 2017 Application Form?

Answer – NEET 2017 Application Form is to register for National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET UG) 2017. Submitting this form registers candidates for appearing in NEET 2017 exam which CBSE will conduct.

Question – If I submit NEET 2017 Application Form, will I get admission in medical and dental colleges?

Answer – You register for CBSE NEET UG 2017 in order to take NEET exam. If you qualify this medical entrance exam then you can appear in counselling for admission. It is important to point out here that the application form for MBBS/BDS admission through NEET 2017 are separate.
