It will be observed by CBSE that candidates make changes/alterations in the downloaded
copies of the OMR Sheets and claim that their OMR Sheets will be tampered with by CBSE. This act of false claim by candidates will be covered under unfair practices in Rule 9.1(k) & (l) of Chapter 9 of Information Bulletin. If it is found that any candidate is making such false claims, he/she will be debarred from appearing in future NEET-UG Examinations as per rules. The candidates and parents are advised to check and download the copies of OMR Sheets themselves.

After the exam, you can know which answers will be marked during display of NEET UG 2018 OMR sheet.
The Central Board of Secondary Education will display the images of OMR Answer Sheets and responses to the questions marked by the candidate who had appeared in National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test. Candidates can check the scanned images of OMR Sheet by logging into their account using their user ID (Registration No.) and Password on NEET website as per schedule.

If you think there is any discrepancy in the OMR sheet, you can challenge the OMR grading. In order to do so, you will be asked to pay a fee of Rs 1000 per response challenged.
No offline requests will be entertained. The decision of the CBSE in the matter shall be final.
No further communication or anonymous/incomplete representations will be entertained after the last date and only valid representations received online with fee, within the time frame, shall only be examined as per the rules.
How to mark answers in an OMR sheet?
To mark the answers in such a manner that the machine reads it, you need to be careful in filling up the circle. Use a ball point pen (blue or black in color) and carefully fill in the circle. For instance, if the correct answer as per your calculations is option A, fill in the circle A.
Rule for Re-checking / Re-evaluation of Answer Sheets
- The machine – gradable Answer Sheets are evaluated with extreme care and are repeatedly scrutinised.
- There is no provision for re-checking/re-evaluation of the answer sheets.
- No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
