DIET Delhi Admission 2020 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates need to fulfil the eligibility criteria, as laid by the DIET Delhi Admission 2020 authorities. Check the criteria for both the courses from below:
- Candidates seeking admission to DPSE/D.El.Ed. course must have passed Senior School Certificate Examination (10+2) of CBSE or its equivalent examination from any other recognized Board/University

DIET Delhi Admission 2020 Application Form
Candidates are required to apply online only through the official website. First, they have to register by providing the valid mobile number and email id. Mobile number and email id must be active throughout the admission procedure for the updates. Candidates also have to pay the application fee at the time of registration.
After the submission of the application form, candidates need to report for the document verification process. Non-reporting for verification will lead to cancellation of candidature. After the verification candidates will be provided the facility to edit/make changes or delete the details provided by them in the application form before the seat allotment.
Application Fee – Candidates have to pay the non-refundable application fee through online mode. The application fee as per lat year is:

Details to be Fillled in Application Form –
- Applying for: Candidates will have to provide the courses applied Two-year regular Diploma for – Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) and Diploma in Pre-School Education (DPSE).
- Name: Candidate is required to fill up his/her name as per his/her Class-X or equivalent certificate
- Father/Guardian Name: fill up the name of your father/ guardian exactly as is in his/her Class-X or equivalent certificate
- Mother Name: Candidate have to fill up the name of his/her mother exactly as is in his/her Class-X or equivalent certificate.
- Date of Birth : Candidate is required to mention date, month and year of his/her birth as recorded in Class-X
- Gender: Mention your gender in the concerned column
- Educational Qualification : Candidate is required to mentioned name of board, roll number, year of passing maximum marks/CGPA/GPA and obtained marks/CGPA/GPA secured as per format/provision given in the application form in the prescribed column.
- Category: Choose category/sub-category in which she/he wish to apply in the prescribed column.
- Fee payment – Make payment of Rs.250/- for online application form
- Choices/Preferences: fill code number where you want an admission of Self Financing Recognized Private Institute Affiliated to SCERT, Delhi or DIET’s in order of your preferences.
Documents required at the time of form submission:
- Class 10th & 12th mark sheets.
- Date of Birth Certificate.
- In case of the reserved category all relevant certificates issued from authority.
DIET Delhi 2020 Admission Merit List
State Council of Educational Research and Training will release the provisional rank list of candidates for mandatory verification of Documents. The selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of merit in qualifying examination. Candidates can check the rank list of D.El.Ed and DPSE in the PDF form from the official website. After the declaration of the list, selected candidates will have to report for the documents verification process.
DIET Delhi Admission 2020 Selection Procedure
All the selected candidates will have to appear for the verification process. On the basis of the verification process, candidates who will fulfill the criteria will be allotted seats. If a candidate fails to appear for the mandatory verification process, his/her candidature will be liable to get cancel. Candidates will have to produce the following certificates in original at the time of verification process:-
- Original certificate of Secondary School Examination (Class X) or its equivalent examination.
- Mark sheets of 10+2 or its equivalent examinations.
- Certificate of reserved category/sub-category
- Medical fitness certificate from a registered MBBS/BAMS doctor.
DIET Delhi 2020 Seat Allotment List
After the verification process, seat allotment list of the candidates for D.El.Ed and DPSE will be released by the SCERT. In the allotment, list candidates can check their Registration number, allotment institution and status. The allotted list will be released on the official website as per schedule. After the declaration of result, candidates will have to personally report at the allotted centre along with original documents and the admission fee. If a candidates fails to appear for the admission process, then he/she will not be granted admission into the course.
