JEE Advanced Answer Key 2027: Date, Response Sheet, Feedback

The JEE Advanced 2027 answer key is the official list of correct answers for Paper 1 and Paper 2, published on jeeadv.ac.in. A provisional key comes first for feedback, then the final key with the result. In 2026 these came on 25 May and 1 June, so the 2027 keys are expected in May and June 2027.

What is the JEE Advanced 2027 response sheet?

The response sheet is a copy of the answers recorded for you in the computer-based test. It is available on the candidate portal only to those who took both papers. In 2026 it came out at 5 pm on 21 May, four days after the exam, and before the provisional key.

How to Give Feedback on the JEE Advanced 2027 Provisional Answer Key

You give feedback on the provisional key only through the candidate portal, during a short window; in 2026 it ran from 10 am on 25 May to 5 pm on 26 May.

The experts’ decisions are reflected in the final key. If a question is dropped, all candidates get full marks for it, even where wrong answers carry negative marks.

How to Calculate Your JEE Advanced Score from the Answer Key

1. Note the marking scheme for each section from the paper instructions; it changes every year and some types carry negative marks.
2. Mark each response correct, partly correct, wrong or unanswered against the key.
3. Add your Physics marks from Paper 1 and Paper 2; do the same for Chemistry and Mathematics.
4. Add the three subjects to get your aggregate. In 2026 the maximum was 360.

Check that you clear the minimum marks in each subject as well as in aggregate, using the JEE Advanced cut off.

Where can I find previous JEE Advanced answer keys?

Official answer keys from past years, with the question papers, are on the JEE Advanced previous year papers pages. Solving a past paper and checking it against its key shows how the marking scheme works.
