UP BTC (D.El.Ed) 2017 choice filling, seat allotment result, document verification and admission process is being organized by Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board. Now, UP BTC (D.El.Ed) 2017 Phase 2 counselling details have been announced. Candidates can take part in the result for the seat allotment. Candidates can check their UP BTC Seat Allotment result 2017 by entering their registration number/ roll number and date of birth. Those candidates who are called for counseling can complete the choice filling process. After the declaration of UP BTC 2017 Seat Allotment result, candidates can report to the institute with prescribed documents for document verification/ counseling. In this session, there are approximately 81500 seats available for the admission combined in Government and Private colleges. The Board published the UP BTC (D.El.Ed), Merit List. UP BTC 2017 Counselling Procedure
After the Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board publishes the merit list, the qualified candidates will be called for the UP BTC Counselling. The Board will conduct the counseling and the candidates who will be selected for UP BTC 2017 Counselling will be able to to get the print out of the allotment letters. The candidates will be admitted to the college of their choice only after producing the allotment letter and other prescribed documents in the college.

Counselling Process for UP BTC 2017 is explained below
UP BTC 2017 Counselling Registration: The registration for the counseling is a one-time facility and has ended. The candidates can check the details of it from below.
Step 1: Generate OTP
Visit the Board’s official website at updeled.gov.in and click on the Counselling Option. on clicking the option, click on the tab Step 1 – Generate OTP. Candidates need to provide their Registration Number and Date of Birth to generate Password. The OTP will be sent to candidates on the registered phone number (provided at the time of registration)

Step 2: Choice Filling
Make sure to avail the option of choice locking, in which the candidates can select the institutes through the website updeled.gov.in. The candidates can fill the choice of institute according to the rank. After generating the OTP, click on the Counselling tab on the homepage of the Board’s official website. Click on the tab Step 2: Choice Filling. For choice filling, enter the Registration Number and OTP. On entering the following details, a window for the password will open. candidates will have to enter a new password and through that password, they will be able to lock their choices.
After completing the above-mentioned steps, Login using the created Password. On the choice filling window, candidates will be able to avail the options of Choice Available, Choice Submission, Choice Deletion, Choice Interchange, Choice Lock. There is no obligation on the candidates to choose the number of option, they can choose the option of all available institutions at one time in the preference order. the candidates will be allotted college/ seat as per the preference is given by them in the choice filling. After locking the choices of institutes, submit it.
Note: If the option of the Institute is not filed within the prescribed time period, no other opportunity will be payable to the candidate in Phase 1.
Step 3: Seat Allotment
According to the candidate’s merit, Allotment letter for the registration of allotment letters/entry in the allotted institution for training will be issued to selected candidates. To print the allotment letter, the applicant will have to pay Rs. 2000/- through SBI Collect link on the Board’s official website. The payment made by the candidates will be adjusted from their training fee. The fee of Rs 2000/- is non-refundable.
How to Check UP BTC Seat Allotment Result?
After the choice filling for the specified rank is over, the Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board has published the UP BTC 2017 Seat Allotment Result. Check the instruction given below to check the result for UP BTC Seat Allotment:

- Select the course and enter details such as Registration Number/ Roll Number and Date of Birth.
- Click on the button ‘Get Result’
Note: The candidates must bring their respective allotment letters and all the records in the allocated institution on the date fixed for entry to ensure admission related action.
Fee Structure for UP BTC 2017
The fee structure of admission is as below:
- In UP BTC total seats to be filled in Government colleges or DIET is 10,450
- UP BTC total seats in private colleges 40,000
- If 181 new colleges will granted this to take admission then the extended seat 9050 and total will be 59,500
- UP BTC new fees extended 4100 to 8000
- UP BTC fees in private colleges is 41000
UP BTC Scholarship 2017
- Both Male & Female candidates who have low income. For such candidates, every college in BTC Affiliation give a form for BTC Scholarship.
- In Government College, BTC fees are Rs 10,000/- to Rs 15,000/-.
- In Private colleges, it will be Rs 40,000/- to Rs 50,000/- for 1 year.
- If the candidate is provided scholarship, in such case the candidate will not have to pay any fees.

Steps for making a profile for filling the application form
You are likely to have to go through these steps to make a profile in the online form.
Registration– For registration candidates need to enter their username, email address, phone number and password. Candidates need to enter Email ID which they use on a regular basis.
Email Verification– After candidates are done with registration, they will get an email verification code which will be sent to the registered email.
Phone Verification– Enter the mobile verification code sent on the registered mobile number. Click on Verify.
Sign In– Candidates can sign in using their username and password.
Home Page– After signing in, a home page will be displayed on your computer screen. Select Medium and then click on “Apply” to begin the application.
After making your profile successfully, you can begin filling the application form.
Steps for filling the application form
- Open the application form and enter your personal details.
- Enter your academic details or educational qualification.
- Enter other details as needed in the form.
- After filling all the details, candidates can select college preference.
- Next step is uploading the documents. Read the instructions carefully while uploading the documents.
- As soon as candidates are done with uploading documents, they can go ahead and pay the application fee.
Modes of payment are expected to be as follows

Choose the mode of payment which is most suitable for you.
Check for message “Your application is submitted successfully”. With this, you have successfully registered for D.El.Ed and you can take print out of the application.
The application fee for online registration was as follows last time:
- For SC/ ST: Rs 150/-
- For all category candidate: Rs 300/-
UP BTC 2017 Application Form Correction
Candidates will be given an opportunity to make changes in the online application form of UP BTC 2017. However, they will not be able to edit only a few details in the online application like name, date of birth, category, address etc. The application form correction window will be open for a particular time only.
To make corrections in the online application, follow the instructions given below:
- Visit the official website of UP BTC and enter the login credentials like Registration Number and Password.
- Edit the application form and make appropriate corrections in it,
- Review all the details and submit it.
UP BTC 2017 Eligibility Criteria

Age limit: For both male and female is
- Minimum Age:- 18 years
- Maximum Age:- 35years
Educational Qualification: Successfully completed graduation in any field (B.A, BSc, B.COM, B.C.A, BBA, B.Tech). Arts, Science and Commerce students are also eligible to apply.
Selection Procedure: Selection procedure for admission in UP D.EL.Ed will be on the basis of Merit List and cut off marks.
