Delhi CET 2018 Result – The Result of Delhi CET 2018 will be announced in the 3rd week of June 2018. The Department of Training and Technical Education will release the result on the official website, which is cetdelhi.nic.in. How to Download Delhi CET 2018
The result could only be checked online. It will not be sent at the residential address of the candidates. To procedure to check the Delhi CET 2018 result, the candidates just need to follow the steps below:
Step-1: Firstly the candidates will have to access the result portal. To avail the portal, the link will be provided on this page.
Step-2: When the candidates will click on the link, it will open the window as below:
Step-3: Next, the candidates will have to enter CET Roll Number, Application Number, and Security Pin.
Step-4: Lastly, click on the “Proceed” button and check the displayed Delhi CET Result 2018.
How Delhi CET Result 2018 will be Determined
As stated above, there are two aspects of the result and these are the score and the merit. So, let us have a look how these are computed.
Delhi CET 2018 Score – The marks will be announced on the basis of the marking scheme of the examination. Hence, the candidates will be allocated 4 marks for each correct answer and for the incorrectly marked answers, the negative marking of 1 mark will be done.
Delhi CET 2018 Merit List – The merit list of CET 2018 is prepared on the basis of the score secured by the candidates. However, the merit will only be allocated to those candidates who will score more than the cutoff marks.

Delhi CET Counselling 2018
After the announcement of the Delhi CET Result, the counselling will be held. It will be held online and only the merit holder will be called for it. The candidates will first have to pay the counselling fee. Then, the candidates will have to register and submit the choices for the course and colleges. The seat allocation will be done on the basis of the merit and the preferences submitted by the candidates.
To register for the counselling of Delhi CET 2018, the candidates will need Aadhaar Card. Candidates will also have to submit few details like: Name, Father’s Name, Gender, Category, Sub-category, Contact Address, Mobile Number, E-mail Address, Details of Qualification. It should be noted that without paying the counselling fee, the candidates will not be able to register for counselling.
The facility to submit the choices will only be granted if the candidates will register successfully. The choices are to be submitted in the order of priority and until the lapse of deadline, the candidates will be allowed to add, subtract or change the entered choices.
After submitting of the choices, the seat allotment result will be announced. The candidates will be able to check it by entering the CET Roll Number (Login ID) and Password. To confirm the allotment, the candidates will have to make part payment of the institutional fee and then go for the document verification. Then, if the candidates is stated eligible, the candidates will have to pay the balance fee and fulfil the formalities of admission.
