DSAT 2022 Application Form
Application Form for DSAT 2022 is released by Dayanand Sagar University (DSU), Bangalore on the official website. Candidates can either apply online at dsu.edu.in. Candidates willing to apply for DSAT 2022 must check the Eligibility Criteria for different UG and PG courses offered by the University. Candidates can Register themselves before the 3 days of Examination If a candidate wishes to apply for more than one course then he/she should submit separate application form for each course. Keep a photocopy of the filled application for future reference. Application number must be quoted in all future correspondence.
Application Form fee : In order to successfully submit DSAT 2022 Application Forms, candidates need to submit expected Registration Fee of Rs 1000/– .
NOTE : Application and Entrance Test Fees once remitted shall not be refunded under any circumstances

Undergraduate Programmes
For B.Tech – Computer Science & Engineering, B.Tech – Electronics & Communication Engg, B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering, B.Tech – Computer Science & Technology, B.Tech – Aerospace Engineering
Pass in PUC / 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Computer Science / Electronics / Technical Vocational subjects and obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST & OBC category) in the above subjects taken together, of any Board recognized by the respective State Governments / Central Government / Union Territories or any other qualification recognized as equivalent there to.
For BCA – Bachelor of Computer Applications
Pass in 10+2, A Level, IB, American 12th grade or equivalent and a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate.
For B.Sc (Biotechnology, Biochecmistry and Genetics), B.Sc (Biotechnology, Chemistry and Microbiology), B.Sc (Microbiology, Genetics and BioChemistry)
Pass in 10+2, A Level, IB, American 12th grade or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and English with Biology or Biotechnology or Mathematics or any other Life Science subject as optional and a minimum of 45% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and any one of the optional subjects.
For BBA: Bachelor of Business Administration, BBA (BFSI)
Pass in 10+2, A Level, IB, American 12th grade or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST & OBC category).
For B.Com: Bachelor of Commerce – ACCA Integrated, B.Com: Bachelor of Commerce – CMA Integrated, B.Com: Bachelor of Commerce – With CA Coaching
Candidates who have completed Two year Pre – University course of Karnataka State or its equivalent with Business Studies and Accountancy as two major subjects of study in both first and second year pre-university with aggregate of 50% PUC/ CBSE/ ICSE /10+2 or Equivalent Examination (45% in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST & OBC category).
For B.Pharm
Pass in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and English with Mathematics or Biotechnology or Computer Science or Biology as optional subjects with a minimum of 40% marks in aggregate Lateral: Diploma holders in Pharmacy from an institution recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India.
For Pharm D
Pass in 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and English with Mathematics or Biology as optional subjects / DPharm or any other equivalent qualification recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India.
For B.Sc (N)
Pass in 10+2, A Level, IB, American 12th grade or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English and a minimum of 45% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.
For PB B.Sc (N)
Pass in GNM after 10+2 or equivalent examination preferably with Science subjects with 50% marks in aggregate Candidates should be a registered Nurse and registered Midwife or equivalent with any State Nursing Registration Council. Candidates should have completed their GNM course on or before June 01, 2018.
For Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy (B.P.T.)
Pass in 10+2, A Level, IB, American 12th grade or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, English and Biology with a minimum of 40% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
For B.A Journalism
Pass in 10+2, A Level, IB, American 12th grade or equivalent and a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate. Arts group subjects are preferred.
Postgraduate Programmes
For M.Tech (Computer Science & Engineering) – Specialization: Big Data/Internet of Things, M.Tech (Computer Science & Engineering) – Specialization: Cloud Computing, M.Tech (Electronics & Communication) – Specialization: Embedded System, M.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) – Specialization: Design Engineering
Pass in BE/BTech or Equivalent in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, Information Science, Electrical & Electronics, Telecommunication, Bio-Medical Engineering, Medical Electronics, Mechatronics and Instrumentation Engineering with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate(45% in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST & OBC category).
For M. Sc Biochemistry, M. Sc Biotechnology, M.Sc Microbiology
A candidate who has passed B.Sc. in any discipline of Life Sciences, Biosciences or Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural, B.E. (Biotechnology), Veterinary and Fishery Sciences, Pharmacy or Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) or Bachelor of Dental Surgery or equivalent examination recognized by DSU with a minimum of 50% marks taken together in all the subjects in all the years is eligible for admission to M.Sc.. Eligibility shall be 45% in aggregate for candidates belonging to SC/ST candidates. Note: For admission to M.Sc. Biochemistry, the candidate must have studied either Chemistry or Biochemistry as one of the major subjects during Bachelors.
For MBA (Master of Business Administration)
Pass in a Bachelors degree of three years in any stream with minimun 50% (45% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST & OBC category) of marks in aggregate from any recognized University / Institution or any other qualification recognized as equivalent there to.
For M Pharma (Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology & Pharmaceutics)
Candidates should have passed B.pharm from an institution recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
For M.Sc (N)
Candidates should have passed BSc/PC BSc/PB BSc Nursing recognized by the Indian Nursing Council and a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate. Experience: Applicants must have 1 year of experience after BSc Nursing in a hospital or in a community health program or in a school or college of nursing. PB BSc Degree holders need to have one year experience either before or after Post Basic BSc Nursing degree.
For Master’s in Physiotherapy (M.P.T.)
Candidates should have passed BPT from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. INTERNSHIP: Completed or completing their compulsory internship on or before August 15, 2022.
DSAT 2022 Admit Card
DSAT 2022 Admit Card is expected to be released in online mode on the official website dsu.edu.in. Candidates who have successfully registered themselves can download the Hall Ticket with Online Test booking system. Candidates who have registered for DSAT & have made the payment, to Select the Exam slot and Download the Hall Ticket. Candidates can download their Admit Card with their Registration number and Date of Birth. Candidates need to present their Hall Ticket at the time of Examination with their valid Photo Id. No entry is permitted without DSAT 2022 Hall Ticket. In addition candidates need preserve the Hall Ticket to appear in the round of Counselling.

Dayananda Sagar University releases important instruction for the DSAT 2022 Exam, which will be conducted the Remote Proctored examination. Candidates will get the batch details, the link for the Examination, and the login credentials will be sent to one day before the Examination date. Important Instruction for DSAT 2022 Exam is given below the point.
- Mandatory to use the latest version of Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome browser.
- The exam will run only on Desktop or Laptop.
- The examinee should switch off the Ad Blocker.
- All applications that use the camera, microphone and screen sharing should be switched off during the remote proctoring session.

Candidates can follow below given preparation tips for DSAT 2022 :

DSAT 2022 Result
Results for DSAT 2022 is released by Dayanand Sagar University on the official website dsu.edu.in..Candidate are awarded with Rank on the basis of their Results. Candidates are then selected for the round of Counselling/ Admission on the basis of their Ranks and scores obtained in the examination. The result is also sent out through SMS and phone calls. The University maintains Scrutiny of the assessed/moderated answer books.To provide Seamless & error-free computation of results with 100% digital valuation.Candidates securing Ranks in the Examination are expected to receive separate letters via Email. Candidates are advised to keep their scorecards preserved till the time of admission.
Merit List/ Ranks : After the declaration of Results Merit List/ Rank Cards are released for DSAT 2022. Merit list is prepared on the basis of Ranks obtained in the Examination. Candidates who qualify the examination and are eligible for admission are invited to attend the round of Counselling on the basis of Ranks and Scores obtained in the Examination.
DSAT 2022 Counselling
After the declaration of Results, candidates securing Ranks on the basis of their scores are added in the Merit Lists and are called for the round of Counselling. Students must appear in the round of Counselling in order to complete the further procedure of intake and Admissions on the basis of Results and Counselling. During counseling all candidates are required to produce the original and two sets of photocopies of documents mentioned below. In the event of successful admission, the University will retain these documents till the candidate completes the course.
For Undergraduate Courses
- E-Hall ticket (for online entrance test course only).
- 10th standard marks card for proof of date of birth.
- Marks card of 10+2.
- Conduct and Character certificate to be obtained on the School/College letter head. No other certificate in lieu of this will be accepted.
- Transfer Certificate or School/College Leaving Certificate issued by the School/College.
- Four recent and identical passport size photographs and one stamp size photograph
- Diploma marks card and Diploma certificate from the Board/University(for Lateral Entry – B.Tech applicants only).
- Notary affidavit of Anti-ragging declaration from both candidate and guardian
For Postgraduate Courses
- e-Hall ticket (for online entrance test courses only).
- Degree certificate or Provisional pass certificate issued by the Board/University.
- Marks cards of qualifying examination (all semesters/years).
