HITSEEE 2018 Application Form

HITSEEE 2018 Application Form – The Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science Engineering Entrance Exam (HITSEEE) 2018 is conducted by Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science. The Institute offers admission in B.Tech, B.Arch and may other programs. The applicants who wish to seek admission in the programs offered by the Institute, have to apply for HITSEEE 2018. The application form will be available from January 2018. The duly filled application form have to be submitted on or before April 2018. Before filling the details in the application form, read all the instructions carefully. Test takers will download admit card of HITSEEE 2018.

HITSEEE Application Form 2018

You can apply for HITSEEE 2018 by two modes i.e., by either ONLINE or OFFLINE. The online application will be available on the official website at www.hindustanuniv.ac.in. For offline mode, the application form can be downloaded from the institute’s official website and should reach the admission office  through registered post before the last date. Any application form submitted after the last date will not be accepted, in any case. Read all the instructions carefully and provide valid details in the application form.

Procedure to fill the Online HITSEEE 2018 Application form

In order to fill the application form, candidates first need to register themselves. Follow the instructions given below to fill the application form for HITSEEE 2018:

Step 1: Registration

The link for registering will be provided in this article. The registration page will display Name, Mobile number, Email Address, Date of Birth etc. Fill in the details and click on “Submit”. After submitting, an application number will appear on your screen. The same will be sent to the registered Email ID and Phone Number.

Step 2: Fill in Details

After you have successfully registered, you may start filling details in the online application. Details to be filled in the application form are as follows:

• Personal Details – Name of the parent/guardian, place of birth, nationality, religion, caste, mother tongue, gender, permanent address, country, state.
• Education Details – you will need to enter details of class 10th and class 12th like name of the institution studied, the board of examination, medium of instructions, the registration number of class X and XII, month and year of passing.
• Other Details – Select the two test cities centre in which you desire to appear as per your convenience.
• Click on “Submit” to go to the next i.e., uploading photograph and signature.

Step 3: Upload Photograph and Signature

After filling in all the details, you need to upload scanned copies of photograph and signature, as per the specifications given in the application form. Application form without photograph or signature will be rejected. Click on “Save & Continue” to go ahead to the next step.

Step 4: Previewing the Application Form

The application form will be previewed in case, if any candidate finds any mistake or if there is any need to do some modification. In such case, you can go back and do the necessary corrections. Thereafter you may click on “Make Payment” to pay the application fee.

Step 5: Payment Charges

The application fee must be paid through online mode by Credit/ Debit Card.

Step 6: Provisional Registration Slip

After the successful transaction of an application fee, the provisional registration slip will be displayed on your computer screen. Candidates are advised to download and preserve the registration slip for future references. You don’t need to courier it or email it.

Procedure to Fill Offline Application Form

To fill and submit the Application Form of HITSEEE 2018, you will need to download the form, from the link provided in official website. After downloading the form, candidates must fill the application form as per the instructions and required details. You will have to affix a passport size recent photograph with white background on the particular space. Ensure that name and date of  photograph taken must be printed on the photo.

Incomplete application form or details filled in any other language than English, will not be accepted. It is necessary to have signature of both the applicant and parent in the application form. After filling in all the details, submit the application form to the admission office of Hindustan University before the last date.

Documents to be submitted along with the application form

Along with the application form, you need to submit the following documents:

1. Demand Draft of the application fees
2. Photocopies of certificates and mark sheets of qualifying examination.
3. Three recent passport size colored photographs with  white background (name and date of taking the photograph should be printed on the photo)
