Hi I have rank 1080 in a+b+c and I got TICA Mumbai for vlsi in first round of first counselling. I did not get upgraded to my above preferences in the second round. So should I go for second counselling by taking a risk? Is there any chance of getting me a better college? Please help. I’ll have to withdraw my admission for this right? And I might lose the money as well if not allotted any college. Please help!!

my rank is 1141(A+B+C) but i filled only three centers as pune(VLSI) , pune (ES) , sunbeam pune(ES) i didn’t get any seat in first and second round so i want to add extra two centers as bangalore and hyderabad if there is chance to change centers in second councelling
You will have to pay caution deposit first and then fill new preferences. Wait for now
With 1141rank .you have a chance to get a seat at Chennai. Hyd or Banglore chances are very low

It depends on your rank , preferences filled by you, course you are applying for and most importantly vacancy in those centres for the courses.
