DU Journalism 2020 Rank List
NTA will release the rank list of qualified candidates only. Candidates can check their ranks and marks scored by them in the entrance exam on the merit list. NTA will calculate the score by the given marking scheme, in which +4 marks will be given for every correct answer and -1 mark will be deducted on every incorrect answer. Based on the total marks of candidates and the rank secured by them in the entrance exam, they will get admission into the Delhi School of Journalism.

Step 3 – After that, PDF of rank list will open on your screen. Press Ctrl+F and enter your name or roll number to check rank and score.
Step 4 – If your name or roll number will be on the list it will be highlighted.

Tie Breaker for DU Journalism 2020 Result
If 2 or more candidates secure the same marks in the entrance exam, tie is resolved using the following criteria.
- Candidates with a higher percentage of marks (aggregate of best four subjects including one language) in the qualifying examination are considered first.
- In case if there is still a tie, the candidates with the higher entrance test score are considered for allotment/admission.
- If the tie is still not resolved, then the applicant with a higher percentage of marks (aggregate of best five subjects including one language) in the qualifying examination are considered.
- Lastly, if by applying the above rule, the tie is still not resolved, the applicant with the earlier date of birth (as mentioned in class Xth certificate) is considered for allotment/admission.
DU Journalism 2020 Admission Process
After the declaration of result, round wise admission list of the selected candidates will release on the official website. In the admission list, candidates will be allotted seats on the basis of the rank and score. Then, shortlisted candidates have to report at the admission centre as per the schedule along with the relevant documents. If a candidate fails to appear for the document verification process then he/she will not get admission.
