GPAT Registration 2020 – NTA has closed GPAT registration. Registered candidates can download admit card of GPAT 2020 from December 24, 2019. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, who fulfill eligibility criteria, can register for Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test from gpat.nta.nic.in. After registration, candidates need to fill details in the GPAT application form, upload images and pay fee. The amount of application fee is Rs. 1600 for General Gen-EWS/OBC (NCL) candidates and Rs. 800 for candidates belonging to rest of the categories. GPAT 2020 Application Fee
For filling the GPAT application form online candidates have to pay a requisite amount against it. Check the details of the amount to be paid for the same from below:

How to scan images to upload in GPAT 2020 Application Form
Below is a step wise method to correctly scan and edit images to upload in the online form of GPAT 2020:
Step 1: Take out the photo and stick it in an A4 sized white paper and scan the same.
Step 2: For signature draw a rectangle of size 7cm and breadth 2 cm or something around it in an A4 sized paper and sign inside the rectangle. Then scan the paper.
Step 3: Now edit the scanned images in paint or other editing software to crop out the excess spaces.
Step 4: Save the image by resizing them and in the format as per the specifications given.

How to fill GPAT Application Form 2020?
It is important for applicants to fill the application form correctly with all the details as any discrepancy found will lead to the consequences at a later stage. In order to successfully submit the form check the detailed step wise procedure mentioned below:
1st Step: To fill the form candidates can either visit the official website or click on the direct link provided above on this page.
2nd Step: Soon after landing on the main page, click on the link stating “Fill Application Form” as shown in the picture below:
3rd Step: After clicking the link, you will land up to a page containing a portal for “New Registration”. Click on that link as provided in the image below:
4th Step: Soon after this, an information and instruction page gets open wherein all the relevant information related to the application form and images are provided. Read them carefully and check the checkbox as highlighted in the image below:
5th Step: This will take you to the registration page where you have to fill the relevant information as asked in the image below:
6th Step: After filling and submitting the registration page, a preview page gets generated containing all the information entered so far, asking the candidates to tick the checkbox after seeking the information to be right and then finally submit the page. Check the image for more clarity.
7th Step: Once you will submit the form, your application number gets generated with the link to fill the application form as shown in the image below:
8th Step: Clicking on the link will open the application page. You now need to fill in the details about education and other as asked in the image below:
9th Step: Completing this step will take you to the next step which is uploading the scanned images of your photograph and signature.
10th step: Soon after uploading the images the candidates need to pay the desired fees according to the category they lie in.

11th Step: This brings you to the final step of the application form. Here you have the select the examination city to take the examination. Candidates can also check the availability of the examination center before doing the fees payment by logging into their account and clicking on the link as shown in the image below:
According to the new changes in GPAT 2020 now examination city selection portal will only get active after the submission of fees. The selected examination city will be allotted soon after the selection on “First-cum-First-Serve” basis.

GPAT 2020 Eligibility Criteria
Before filling the form candidates must check whether they are in compliance with the eligibility criteria or not. For the same check the eligibility described from below:
- The candidates must have completed 10+2
- A bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is a must that also includes the lateral entry students
- The candidates who are appearing in the bachelor’s degree final year can also apply for the test.
There is no age limit to apply for GPAT.
The candidate must be a citizen of India.
Note: B.Tech. (Pharmaceutical and Fine Chemical Technology)/ equivalent candidates are not eligible to apply.
GPAT 2020 Application Form Status
The application form status of GPAT 2020 indicates the fee payment status. The candidates can check the status of their application fee payment by logging into their dashboard. If the payment is successful that means the application form is submitted and the candidates are eligible for the admit card.
The application fee payment status is clearly visible as ‘successful’ or ‘pending’. The candidate can check it and make sure that the payment is done before the last date.
GPAT 2020 Application Form Correction
The candidates can make correction in their application form after the submission. The changes can be made for images that are uploaded. However, the candidates cannot make changes in the category, in exam center choices and neither in the email id and mobile number that they have provided at the time of registration.
To make any correction in the images and any other field of the application form the candidates have to log in using their application number and password/date of birth. After making the correction the candidates have to save the edit. Note that once the edits are saved, the candidates cannot make any changes further.
GPAT 2020 Admit Card
All those who have registered them for GPAT 2020 and successfully submitted the application form they get GPAT admit card. The admit card for GPAT 2020 is published on the official website under the login at gpat.nta.nic.in. The candidates have to carry the printed copy of GPAT admit card to the examination center.
Candidates must ensure to take one identity proof, One passport size photograph (same as uploaded on the Online Application Form) and PwD certificate issued by the authorized medical officer, if claiming the relaxation under PwD category along with the admit card in the exam center.

Therefore, such candidates have to pay the fee once again and ensure the OK fee status.
