JAC Delhi seat allotment 2027 is the round-wise result of the Joint Admission Counselling for NSUT, DTU, IGDTUW, IIIT-Delhi and DSEU. You see your allotted seat by logging in at jacdelhi.admissions.nic.in. Based on 2026, Round 1 is expected in June 2027, followed by three more rounds and a spot round in July 2027.

How to Check the JAC Delhi 2027 Seat Allotment Result
- Open the JAC Delhi official website on the result day. In 2026 each round’s result came after 5:00 PM.
- Go to the candidate login and sign in with your JEE Main 2027 application number and password.
- See your allotted institute, branch and the category or sub-category of the seat.
- Download and print the provisional seat allotment letter.
- Pay the seat acceptance fee through the link in your login and report at the institute on your category’s day.
If you get no seat in a round, you stay in the next round automatically with the choices you already filled.
How many rounds does JAC Delhi hold?
JAC Delhi 2026 had four online rounds, an upgradation round, a physical spot round and university special spot rounds. JAC Delhi 2027 is expected to follow a similar pattern.

What should you do after JAC Delhi allots you a seat?
- Pay the Rs 95,000 seat acceptance fee online (or in cash at SBI with an e-challan). In 2026 payment closed at 2:00 PM on the last reporting day of the round.
- Report in person at the allotted institute for document verification, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on the day set for your category and region.
- Once verified, download the provisional admission letter. You do not report again if you are upgraded later.
- Freeze the seat online if you want no further upgradation; otherwise it stays on float.
- Pay the balance first-year fee at the final institute as per its own schedule.
Not paying the fee, or paying but not reporting, cancels the seat and removes you from the remaining online rounds. You can still try the spot round.
What are float, freeze and withdrawal in JAC Delhi?

Withdrawal requests by email or letter are not accepted. Refunds go to the bank account given in the registration form, within 20 days of the last withdrawal date.
How does the JAC Delhi spot round work?
The 2026 spot round was held in person at the APJ Lecture Theatre Complex, NSUT Dwarka, in category-wise slots from 23 to 31 July. Registered candidates who had no seat, did not report, withdrew or had their admission cancelled could attend.
- Earlier online choices do not apply; you pick from the vacant seats on the spot.
- You must mark attendance in your slot and pay the seat acceptance fee immediately, or the seat goes to the next candidate.
- No document deficiency is allowed, and fees are not refunded if you withdraw after a spot round admission.
- B.Arch spot seats were also open to candidates with a NATA 2026 score.

What is the first-year fee at JAC Delhi institutes?
The Rs 95,000 seat acceptance fee counts towards the first-year fee below (2026-27 rates, JAC Delhi 2026 brochure). Hostel and mess fees are extra.
