About JAM
JAM is a Joint Admission Test for M.Sc. which is conducted by IITs and it was started in year 2004 for admission to M.Sc. , Joint M.Sc. Ph.D, M.Sc Ph.D Dual Degree and other similar courses. JAM is computer based test which consists of multiple choice questions. There are total 60 questions divided in three sections carrying 100 marks and the test need to be completed in 3 hours. The admission to the respective course will depend on the score in the JAM.
