The AUEET 2027 syllabus covers Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry at Class 11 and 12 level. Andhra University bases it on the AP EAPCET syllabus and prints it in the AUEET brochure. Until the 2027 brochure is out, the 2026 syllabus (as per APEAPCET-2026) is the reference for preparation.

What is the AUEET 2027 Mathematics syllabus?
Mathematics is Part A: 30 questions for 40 marks, the largest share of the paper. It has six units:
- Algebra: functions, mathematical induction, matrices, complex numbers, De Moivre’s theorem, quadratic expressions, theory of equations, permutations and combinations, binomial theorem, partial fractions.
- Trigonometry: trigonometric ratios and transformations, trigonometric equations, inverse trigonometric functions, hyperbolic functions, properties of triangles.
- Vector algebra: addition of vectors, dot product, cross product, scalar triple product.
- Measures of dispersion and probability: range, mean deviation, variance, standard deviation, probability, conditional probability, Bayes’ theorem, random variables, binomial and Poisson distributions.
- Coordinate geometry: locus, transformation of axes, straight lines, pair of straight lines, circles, parabola, ellipse, hyperbola, 3D coordinates, direction cosines and ratios, plane.
- Calculus: limits and continuity, differentiation, applications of derivatives, integration, definite integrals, differential equations.
What is the AUEET 2027 Physics syllabus?
Physics is Part B: 30 questions for 30 marks, spread over 30 units from Class 11 and 12:
- Physical world, units and measurements
- Motion in a straight line, motion in a plane, laws of motion
- Work, energy and power; system of particles and rotational motion
- Oscillations, gravitation, mechanical properties of solids and fluids
- Thermal properties of matter, thermodynamics, kinetic theory, waves
- Ray optics and optical instruments, wave optics
- Electric charges and fields, electrostatic potential and capacitance, current electricity
- Moving charges and magnetism, magnetism and matter, electromagnetic induction, alternating current, electromagnetic waves
- Dual nature of radiation and matter, atoms, nuclei
- Semiconductor electronics, communication systems
What is the AUEET 2027 Chemistry syllabus?
Chemistry is Part C: 30 questions for 30 marks, covering physical, inorganic and organic chemistry:
- Atomic structure, classification of elements and periodicity, chemical bonding and molecular structure
- States of matter, stoichiometry, thermodynamics, chemical equilibrium, acids and bases
- Hydrogen and its compounds, s-block, p-block, d- and f-block elements, coordination compounds
- Solid state, solutions, electrochemistry, chemical kinetics, surface chemistry
- General principles of metallurgy, environmental chemistry
- Organic chemistry basics, hydrocarbons, haloalkanes and haloarenes
- Alcohols, phenols, ethers, aldehydes, ketones and carboxylic acids
- Amines and diazonium salts, polymers, biomolecules, chemistry in everyday life
What is the AUEET 2027 exam pattern and marking?
The test has three parts and 90 multiple-choice questions for 100 marks in 90 minutes, answered offline on an OMR sheet.

Ties in marks are broken by Part A (Mathematics) marks, then Part B, then Part C, then age, with the older candidate placed higher. Mathematics therefore matters most for your rank.

The official syllabus is Annexure II of the AUEET brochure, published on the Andhra University Directorate of Admissions website. The 2026 brochure is the latest; the 2027 brochure is expected with the notification around March 2027.
