You must enter your changed name and provide the supporting documents for change of name at the time of examination, interview and admission.
I made two mistakes.
University State name and degree name.
University state is Uttar Pradesh and I selected delhi while bachelor degree is btech,I selected BE.

However, it is unclear whether this includes the certificate uploads too. Please contact the CAT 2019 helpdesk, they are pretty responsive and will help you out. Does photographs include NC OBC certificate copy also? I by mistakenly uploaded my old certificate photo instead of new.
