  • Additional fee for Self Financing Seat Rs.1500/-
  • NRIs/Foreign Nationals: US $ 500 (US $ 520 in case of out station draft) in the form of a demand draft (drawn in favour of Comptroller, CSKHPKV, Palampur (H.P.), India payable at any scheduled commercial bank at Palampur) to the Registrar, CSKHPKV, Palampur (H.P.), India

Instructions for filling the Application Form

Section A: Candidate Registration

    1. Visit the online admission portal from www.hillagric.ac.in
    2. You will be presented with the Home page of Online Admissions Portal.
    3. Read the latest guidelines available on the portal by clicking [Guidelines] link on the left menu.
    4. Click [Online Registration] link (This is one time step).
      • Fill in your correct [Name], [Father Name], [Mother Name] and [Date of Birth] exactly as written in your Matriculation Certificate.
      • Fill in your Email ID in [Contact Email].
        {Carefully review all the contents provided in this page. The system shall contact you on your provided [Contact Email]. Make Sure to provide your individual Email ID and not a shared one e.g. Email IDs of Cybercafe.}
    5. Select Degree Level ([Undergraduate] or [Post-Graduate]) you intend to apply for, and click [Submit].
    6. Note down the Application Number provided in the next screen.
    7. Check your email: You will be provided with a Login-ID and password, on the email provided by you.
    8. Visit Home page of Online Admissions portal.
    9. Click on [Login] from menu on left side
      • Login with your details, click on [Update Profile]
      • On [Applying for Degree] Select your Degree
      • Select your {Subject stream}.
      • Check your {Test Stream}.
      • Provide your three {Centre Location} preferences.
      • Provide other information as listed on the page.
      • Note Carefully: [In-service nominee (H.P.Govt./ICAR/CSKHPKV)] are those candidates who themselves are serving in H.P. Govt./ ICAR / CSKHPKV.
      • [Candidate applying against self financing seat] Tick if you wish to additionally apply for Self Finance(Payment) Seat.
      • After all information is filled correctly, press [Save] button.
    10. Click on [Upload Photograph] and upload your latest passport size Photo.
    11. Click on [Upload Signature] and upload your scanned Signature.
    12. Click on [Profile Confirmation] and review your profile information. Carefully note the amount of [Total Fee Calculated (Rs.)].If the information is correct, click the [Confirm] button, otherwise press [Edit] to make changes accordingly.

Section B: Payment of Fees (Note: Payment option is available only after profile is confirmed)

  1. Click on [Pay Fee] from menu on the left side.
  2. The information confirmed in previous step is displayed alongwith the Application No. and Fee to be deposited. Click on [Pay ET Fee through SBI Collect].
  3. SBI Collection payment page of State Bank of India shall open in a separate window.
  4. Accept the terms and conditions and click on [Proceed].
  5. Carefully select the payment category with a special emphasis on WITH-SFS or WITHOUT-SFS.
  6. Provide details of Payment [Application Number], [Candidate Name], [Candidate Father Name], [Candidate Mother Name], [Candidate Date of Birth], [Candidate Mobile Number], [Fee Amount (Rs.) is Fixed as per category]. The fee amount should match the previously displayed amount.
  7. After successful payment of above mentioned fee, note down [SBCollect Reference No], [Transaction Date] & [Amount] from SBI payment Detail webpage.
  8. Provide additional information required to reprint your e-receipt / remittance(PAP) form, if the need arises.
  9. Return to the online admission portal, and click on [Fee Receipt Detail].
  10. Provide [SBCollect Reference No], [Transaction Date] and [Fee deposited (Rs.)]. The fee amount is to be entered excluding Bank Charges. Click [Submit].
  11. Fee Receipt status will be confirmed in four working days of the University after Fee Receipt Detail Entry.
  12. The roll no. / admit card shall be alloted to you after the payment is confirmed by the Bank and the University.
  13. Download candidate Application Form in PDF format for future reference and printing purpose
  14. Download valid candidate Admit Card in PDF format after May 25, 2018 for UG Degree Programme and 25/05/2018 for PG Degree Programme for future reference and printing purpose
  15. Candidate can apply for change of his/her profile information, uploaded photograph and Signature but necessary changes will be done only after last date of Registration and before display of Admit Card. For this, candidate has to send formal request for changes to the ‘Registrar, CSKHPKV Palampur (Himachal Pradesh) – 176062’ along with printout of your duly filled Application form and Bank Draft for extra fee if applicable. Bank Draft should be drawn in favour of “Comptroller, CSKHPKV Palampur” payable at HPAU Palampur.
