Bahra University Admission 2020 Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria of Bahra University Admission 2020 for various courses is provide below.
School of Engineering & Technology:
- Ph.D.: 55% and above marks or equivalent CGPA in Masters degree
- Master of Engineering (M. Tech): B. Tech or AMIE (Associate Member of Institute of Engineers) with at least 50% marks(45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved categories)
- Bachelor of Engineering (B. Tech): 10+2 from any recognized state/national board with Physics, Chemistry and Maths as subjects and minimum 45% marks .in qualifying exam.(40% in case of reserved categories)
- Bachelor of Engineering Lateral Entry (B.Tech. Leet): Diploma Engineering from recognized state board with minimum 50% aggregate marks
School of Computer Application:
- Master in Computer Applications (MCA): Bachelor’s degree(Any discipline) or BCA/BSc(IT)/B.Sc(Computer Science)/any graduate with computers as one of the subject in all the three years of graduation with min. 50% marks(45% in case of reserved)
- Bachelor in Computer Applications (BCA): 10+2 from any recognized state/national board with minimum 45% marks in qualifying exam.(40% in case of reserved categories)
School of Hospitality & Tourism Management:
- Master of Tourism and Travel Management (MTTM): Bachelor’s degree(Any discipline) with min. 50% marks.(45% in case of reserved)
- Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM): 10+2 from any recognized state/national board with minimum 45% marks in qualifying exam.(40% in case of reserved categories)
School of Management
- Ph.D-Management: 55% and above marks or equivalent CGPA in Masters degree
- MBA( Specialization: – Marketing/ Human Resource/ Finance/IT): Bachelor’s degree(Any discipline) with min. 50% marks.(45% in case of reserved)

School of Basic Sciences:
- Ph.D.- Physics/Chemistry/Science: 55% and above marks or equivalent CGPA in Masters degree
- M.Sc. – Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics/Biochemistry: B.Sc with Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics/Biochemistry as one of the subject with minimum 50% marks/(45% in case of reserved)
School of Pharmaceutical Sciences:
- M. Pharm – Pharmaceutics (PCI Approved): B.Pharm with min. 50% marks.(55% in case of reserved)
- B. Pharm (PCI Approved): 10+2 from any recognized state/national board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Maths as subjects and minimum 45% marks in qualifying exam.(40% in case of reserved categories)
- B. Pharm (Lateral Entry): D. Pharm from recognized state/national board with minimum 50% aggregate marks in qualifying examination
- D.Pharm: 10+2 from any recognized state/national board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology as subjects with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
School of Law:
- B.A-LLB (5 Years Integrated): 10+2 from any recognized state/national board with minimum 45% marks in qualifying exam.(40% in case of reserved categories)
- Master in Law-LLM: B.A. LL.B/B.COM LL.B from University Recognized by UGC with minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category)
School of Physiotherapy:
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT): 10+2 from any recognized state/national board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology as subjects and minimum 45% marks in qualifying exam.(40% in case of reserved categories)
School of Journalism:
Bachelor of Arts (Journalism): 10+2 from any recognized state/national board with minimum 45% marks in qualifying exam.(40% in case of reserved categories)

Rayat-Bahra offers a large number of Scholarships & Concessions to meritorious, deserving and needy students and help them to aim for higher education.

50% Tuition Fee Waiver | To Single Girl Child Born to her Parents under our “Beti Padhao Beti Badhao” scheme. Not applicable to admission in Rayat-Bahra Schools & Diploma Colleges) |
25% Tuition Fee Waiver | To Siblings (Brother/Sister) studying in RAYAT-BAHRA Group (Concession will be given to both the students till the time both are studying) |
Note: The candidate must maintain good academic performance with minimum CGPA 6 without supplementary/backlog. However if there is any supplementary/backlog then the concession/scholarship for that particular period/semester will be withdrawn and upon clearance will be restored for the subsequent semesters.
Scholarships & Concessions on the Basis of University/Board Results During the Course
25% of Tuition Fee Waiver- Students securing 1 to 3 positions in the University and CGPA is greater than 9
Note:The above said concession will be valid for a semester only if the student secures 1 to 10 positions as stated in one semester of the academic session. In case the student secures position as stated above in both the semesters/annual examination, the concession will be valid for one year and shall be adjusted along with the tuition fee of next semester/year of the respected class. However, in case of final year students, the concession shall be adjusted in the tuition fee of the last semester only.
Scheme of Post Matric Scholarships to the Students Belonging to Scheduled Castes (Govt. Scheme)
Objective:The objective of the scheme is to provide financial assistance to the Scheduled Caste students studying at post matriculation or post-secondary stage to enable them to complete their education.
Scheme:Scholarship will be paid to the students whose parents/guardian’ income from all sources does not exceed Rs. 2,50,000/- (Rupees 2.5 lakh only) per annum.
