1. Pls login to your form and see now. You may be able to edit now also.
2. If not, then > Correction Window – NTA has not specified exactly what all you can edit during this period. It will be clear when correction window notice releases.

In CUET UG, candidates were allowed to edit category during form correction. So most probably in CUET PG too you will be allowed to edit category.
