ETT Punjab 2027 is the Combined Entrance Test (CET) for admission to the two-year D.El.Ed (ETT) teacher-training course in Punjab’s DIETs and private colleges. SCERT Punjab runs the admission, and in 2025 Guru Nanak Dev University conducted the test for it. The entrance test for the 2026-28 session is on 15 November 2026 (apply by 28 October), and the next one is expected in September 2027.

SCERT Punjab has not announced the 2027 schedule yet, so the table shows expected months. In 2025 the test was held on 21 September 2025, so the 2027 test is expected in September 2027.

How to Apply for ETT Punjab 2027
You apply online only, on the entrance-test portal named in the SCERT Punjab advertisement. In 2025 this was the Guru Nanak Dev University portal, and registration ran from 28 August to 10 September 2025.
Apply Online for ETT Punjab 2027
Applications for ETT Punjab 2027 are expected in August 2027. Apply by 28 October 2026 (5 PM) at ps.ctestservices.com/etadee; form correction on 29 October. The exam is on 15 November 2026.
- Open the D.El.Ed admission portal and click Online Registration.
- Choose your residence status and enter your name, parents’ names, gender, mobile number and email ID.
- Verify your email with the OTP. Your registration number and password are sent to your email.
- Log in through Candidate Login and upload your recent passport-size photo and signature.
- Fill in your basic details and academic record, then submit and lock them. Locked details cannot be edited.
- Pay the fee online by credit card, debit card, net banking or UPI.
- Print the application form and the payment receipt.

Who can apply for ETT Punjab 2027?
You need a graduation degree and a Punjab residence to apply. These are the rules in the latest admission policy (session 2025-27):
- Graduation from a recognised institution with at least 50% marks (45% for SC, BC and physically handicapped candidates).
- Punjabi passed up to matric (Class 10) level.
- Class 10 passed with English, Hindi, Punjabi, Science, Social Studies and Mathematics.
- Resident of Punjab.
- Maximum age 37 years for general candidates on the date of application, with 5 years’ relaxation for SC/ST and 10 years for physically handicapped candidates.
Class 12 alone is not enough for the Punjab D.El.Ed entrance test, even though some websites say so.
What is the ETT Punjab 2027 exam pattern?
The test has 100 multiple-choice questions in three parts, with four answer options each. In 2025 it lasted two hours, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.

You must score at least 50% in aggregate to qualify, and SC, BC and physically handicapped candidates get 5% relaxation. Topic lists for each subject are on the ETT Punjab syllabus page.
How are D.El.Ed seats filled after the test?
Seats are filled by merit in the entrance test through online counselling by SCERT Punjab. All DIET seats and 60% of seats in private self-financed colleges go through counselling; the other 40% of private seats are management quota.
