
IIT JAM Admit Card 2018 has been issued by IIT Bombay, on January 09, 2018. The exam will be held in computer based mode, in 65 exam centers, on February 11, 2018. The registered candidates can download the admit card of JAM 2018 from the link below. In order to download the admit card, the candidates will have to access the JOAPS, by entering the Enrolment ID / Email ID and Password. The admit card is an important document without which the candidates will not be allowed to take the exam. IIT JAM 2018 Admit Card
IIT JAM 2018 Admit Card will definitely be required to gain entry inside the exam hall. However, the candidates should preserve it carefully after the exam because it will be required for the final admission. Steps to download the admit card for IIT JAM 2018
The steps to download the admit card of IIT JAM 2018 are as mentioned below. Candidates may follow it to download the admit card successfully in the first attempt.
- Candidates need to visit the official website or simply click on the link which is available on this page.
- The link will lead to the admit card downloading portal.
- All you would need to do enter Enrollment ID / Email ID and Password. Password will be case sensitive.
- Enter the text- you will observe an arithmetic expression which you will have to evaluate and place the value in the required space
- Submit the details
- Take a print of the ticket
What to do After Downloading IIT JAM Hall Ticket?
The candidate after taking the print should carefully examine the Admit Card for all the entries made therein. In case there is any discrepancy, it should be informed to the Organizing Chairman of JAM 2018 immediately.

The candidates should note that the following details will be available on the admit card of JAM 2018.
- Candidate’s Name
- Roll Number
- Date of Exam
- Registration Number
- Parent’s Name
- Photograph & E-Signature
- Name(s) and Code(s) of the Test Paper(s)
- Name and Address of the Test Centre allotted
Procedure at the Test Centre
You must carry a printout of the downloaded Admit Card to the test centre along with the original and valid photo identification. The id proof brought must be the same about which you mentioned in the application form. For instance if you had selected Aadhar Card as your ID proof and also provided its number, then carry Aadhar card to the test centre.
Special Note – Candidates will not be able to take the test without the admit card and the original photo id proof.
Non-availability of admit card
There may be cases, when the candidate has forgotten his/her enrollment id/ email id and in scenario of being unable to download the admit card. The candidates do not need to panic but follow the standard procedure i.e first of all look for the forgot enrollment id tab and you will observe several options in front of you that looks like this
If the candidate is unable to download the hall ticket then they should contact the Chairman JAM of respective IISc/IITs, under which the first choice of Test City/Town falls. The candidates cab contact through:

Candidates should note that while contacting the body, the candidates should mentioned their Enrollment ID, Name, E-mail ID, Mobile Number, Mailing Address and City Code of the desired Test Centre (first choice) to get information about the Registration Number and the Name of the Test Centre allotted.
