VSAT 2020 Hall Ticket
The VFSTR, Guntur releases VSAT 2020 hall ticket at vignan.ac.in. It is also sent by post to the address mentioned in the VSAT application form. Candidates can download their VSAT admit card by logging with their application number and intermediate marks. The hall ticket comprises of crucial information like name and address of test centre, timings and important instructions for the candidate. It is also required during the counselling session, hence should be kept absolutely safe until then. No candidate is allowed in the VSAT examination hall without the following documents.

- Valid identity proof like Adhaar Card, Pan Card, Voter ID and Bank Passbook etc.
Important Instructions for VSAT 2020
Apart from carrying the above mentioned items, candidates need to abide by the important instructions for VSAT 2020 exam day too. They are as follows.
- Candidates should reach the VSAT 2020 exam centre at least 30 minutes before the commencement of exam.
- All are strictly prohibited to talk / discuss anything with each other inside the exam hall.
- There should be no use of unfair means like calculators, wireless devices, earphones etc.
- Candidates should not create ruckus or disturbance in the exam hall.

VSAT 2020 Exam Pattern
VSAT is an online computer-based test. To prepare for the exam it is important that the candidates must be well aware of the exam pattern. Check the VSAT 2020 exam pattern below:
- Mode of the exam: VSAT 2020 is an online computer-based test
- Duration of the exam: It is of total of 2 1/2 hours (150 minutes)
- Type of Questions: The paper consist of Multiple choice objective type questions.
- Language of the test: The questions in the test are asked in the English language only.
- Number of questions: There are a total of 120 number of questions
- Number of section: The paper is divided into four (04) sections which are – Mathematics or Biolog; Physics ; Chemistry; English/Aptitude
- Total Marks: The test is of total 120 marks
- Marking scheme: For a correct answer, candidates will get 01 marks. There is no negative marking for an incorrect answer.
- Number of Slots: There are 3 number of slots for exam.

- Slot 3 – 2.30 p.m to 5 p.m

VSAT 2020 Admission Procedure
The admission at the Institute is done on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the VSAT/EAMCET/JEE. The merit position of the candidate for admission is done on the basis of rank obtained in VSAT/EAMCET/JEE, provided if they get minimum B2 grade / CGPA of 7.0 in AP or above 60% aggregate marks in Telangana State in the +2 / Intermediate examination as per the eligibility criteria.
A common merit list is prepared based on the performance in the entrance test and eligibie candidates are then called for the counselling to be held at the Vigna’s University premises at Vadlamudi, Guntur District through common ranking.
VSAT 2020 Fee Structure
Candidates can check the fee structure for BTech and BPharma Admission from below:

- For Category ‘A’ – Admission through V-SAT/EAMCET/JEE (Mains/Adv)-2020 with minimum CGPA of 7.0 in Andhra Pradesh or above 60% aggregate marks in Telangana State in the +2 / Intermediate examination.
- For Category ‘B’ – open for candidates who have at least CGPA of 7.0 in Andhra Pradesh or above 60% aggregate marks in Telangana State in the +2 / Intermediate examination. (Terms and conditions apply)

- Preference in allotment of scholarship seats will be given to V-SAT’20 qualifed candidates.
- 25% of the total seats in each Department are reserved for scholarships. Out of that 5% seats with 75% scholarship, 10% seats with 50% scholarship and 10% seats with 25% scholarship. (For Example, out of 60 seats, 3 seats with 75% scholarship, 6 seats with 50% scholarship and 6 seats with 25 % scholarship).
- The scholarship seats are alloted in all programes on the basis of merit, availability of seats and first come first served basis.
- The scholarship is applicable for four years of study subject to maintaining a minimum of 70% of marks in the preceding year(s) without any backlogs
VSAT 2020 Application Form
The application form for VSAT 2020 is available in four (04) modes. First is the direct mode, in which the students can obtain the VSAT Application Form by post from the University Admissions Office on payment of application fee or in person from any of Vignan Schools or Colleges. Second mode of obtaining the application form is from Indian Bank branches throughout the States of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Thirdly, candidates can download the VSAT 2020 Application Form online from the Institute’s website and lastly, candidates can apply online as well.
Application Fee: To submit the application form, candidates need to pay the following amount of the application fee:
- Rs. 1200 for all modes of application
Mode of Payment: Candidates can pay the above-given amount of the application fee by either of the following ways:
- For Online Application – Credit card/ Debit/ Net Bankinbg
- For other modes of Application – Demand Draft or in cash
VSAT 2020 Eligibility Criteria
To apply for VSAT 2020, it is important that the students must ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria for BTech/ BPharma. Check the VSAT eligibility for BTech and BPharma below.
- Students born on or after July 01, 1999 can apply for this test.
- Aspirants should have passed in Intermediate or its equivalent {TS EAMCET / JEE(Mains) / JEE(Advanced)}with minimum CGPA of 7.0 in Andhra Pradesh or above 60% aggregate marks in Telangana and other South Indian States can appear for the admission test.
- Whereas, for candidates who belong to North, North East and other states, the minimum aggregate marks in the qualifying examination is 50%.
- Candidates appearing for the qualifying examination and awaiting results are also eligible to apply for VSAT 2020.
