How to download the HARTRON SETC 2026 admit card?
- Open the SETC portal from the HARTRON SETC page on or after the e-admit card date announced for your test month.
- Click the e-admit card link.
- Log in with the details the portal asks for, such as your registration number.
- If slot selection is open, pick your test date and time.
- Download the e-admit card, check every detail and print it.
- Print your application form too, and get its office verification section signed and stamped before the test.
The SETC portal could not be reached on 14 October 2026. If it does not open, try later; HARTRON says all SETC communication is posted on its website and no individual letter is sent.
Can you choose your SETC test slot?
Yes, in the latest batch. For Test Month 08/2026, the portal let candidates pick a test date and time on 8 and 9 September 2026; candidates who did not choose were given a slot automatically. Once allotted, the test date cannot be changed for any reason.
What details are printed on the HARTRON SETC 2026 admit card?
The prospectus says the date, time and venue of your test are given only on the e-admit card, so check them carefully after download.
What documents should you carry to the SETC test?
You are allowed into the test lab only after your documents are verified, so bring the originals and a photocopy of each:
- Printed e-admit card.
- Printed application form with the “Verification Section by the office of the employee” signed and stamped by your competent authority, the office endorsement or dispatch number and date, and your photo attested by the office.
- Original identity card or certificate from your employer as proof of employment.
- Aadhaar card.
- If you claim exemption from Part I: the original certificate, with a self-attested copy attached to the form.
- If you have a benchmark disability (above 40%): a recent disability certificate from the competent authority.
What are the SETC test day rules?
- Reach the venue half an hour before the test starts.
- Mobile phones, calculators, iPads and other electronic devices are not allowed in the exam hall.
- HARTRON may use biometric attendance to identify candidates.
- Your form is rejected if your signature or photograph does not match at the test.
- You cannot leave before the fixed time, and use of unfair means leads to disqualification.
