NTRUHS is named after a legendary Chief Minister Padmashree Dr. Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao. NTRUHS Admission is done for various courses UG, PG, Super Speciality, Ph.D & PDF Courses in Modern Medicine, Dental Surgery, Ayurveda, Unani, Homeopathy, Naturopathy, Nursing, Physiotherapy and Para Medical Graduate Courses in its affiliated colleges. The total number of colleges affiliated to the University have gone up from 27 at the time of inception to 271 as on date. Admission in Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, and Homoeopathy courses is also done through National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). - Undergraduate Courses – MBBS/ BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BNYS & BUMS, B.Sc Nursing, Post Basic BSc Nursing, BPT and BSc Para Medical Technology Courses.
- Postgraduate Courses – PG Medical, MDS, Ayush MD (AYUR), MD (HOMOEO), MSc (N) and MPT.
- PhD Courses – PhD Full Time and PhD Part Time.
