JKCET 2018 Admit Card – Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination is responsible for issuing the admit card and conducting the state-level entrance test JKCET. The JKCET 2018 Admit Card will be issued by the registered aspirants through the official website before the deadline. It is an extremely important document as it carries the important information and whosoever fails to bring it to the examination center shall not be permitted to give the exam. Also, hall ticket needs to be presented after the result of JKCET 2018 releases. Those aspirants who do not have the internet connection can get the admit cards through post by paying the required fee at the BOPEE office during working hours.

Stepwise process to generate the JKCET 2018 Admit Card

Step 1: Hit the official website www.jakbopee.org

Step 2: Home Page: Click on “Common Entrance Test, CET-2018 (Engineering)”

Step 3: Common Entrance Test (CET-ENGINEERING)-2018: Click on the e-admit card.

Step 4: Candidate Login: Enter the Application Number and Date of Birth in the fields shown in the image below-

Step 5: The admit-card will be displayed on the screen. You must take the printout of the JKCET 2018 Admit card on photo paper printed in color for future use.

Solution to the missing Application number

In case, you cannot recall your application number then check your email-id for the mail sent by the officials of “Jammu & Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination” or check out the SMS sent by officials on your registered mobile number. The application number is sent to the aspirants after the successful registration to their email ids and mobile number.

Instructions pertaining to JKCET 2018 Admit card

  • The examination centers will open 15 minutes before the reporting time of the Entrance Test on the day of examination
  • Aspirants failing to bring the admit card won’t be allowed to write the exam and shall walk back home.
  • You must preserve the admit card as it might be required for the allotment of seats and completion of admission procedure.
  • The candidates are required to paste an attested photograph in the given space on the downloaded admit card.

Time Schedule for the Candidates In the Examination Hall

Following is the schedule for the JKCET 2018 examination. Candidates must adhere to the time schedule given below and avoid any last minute rush.

Time Events
9:55 AM Reporting time in the Examination Hall.
10 AM The Invigilator shall ascertain the identity of each candidate by comparing his/her facial appearance with the photograph given in the admit card and attendance sheet. The center Supervisor shall also check the identity of the candidates and ensure that only the genuine candidates have been allowed to sit in the examination hall.
10:15 AM Candidates will be given OMR Answer Sheet. They will go through instructions printed and fill in the particulars on the Answer Sheet.
10:25 AM Question Booklet will be distributed. The Question Booklet number is to be entered on the Answer Sheet.
10:30 AM They will break open the seal of the Question Booklet and start attempting the questions.
1:30 PM The candidates will remain in their seats. They will hand over the OMR Answer Sheets to the Invigilator, take the question answer booklet and OMR candidate’s copy along with them and leave the examination hall only when they are asked to leave

  2. 2 Recent passport size photographs.
  3. Photo Identity proof (Aadhar card/ Voter-id Card/ PAN Card/ Driving License).
